Unfortunately I had to have [redacted] (Wildlife Pro) come out to my house 2 times, two racoons. That is only because I did not follow [redacted]'s advice after the first one was removed. Wildlife Pro is great to deal with and he was coming out in subzero temps to make sure we were taken care of. If you are looking for someone to remove those unwanted critters, these are the people to call. I highly recommend them to anyone.

We have had to deal with racoons taking up residence on our roof for several years. They would pull the siding from the dormer soffits and crawl in to make a home .In the past I have sprayed repellent and refitted the siding which provided a temporary fix. The company that installed the siding was contacted but their repairs provided no relief. When we contacted Wildlife Pro and [redacted] came out and did an inspection. He offered a remedy to make the siding more racoon proof. [redacted] made the siding more secure and difficult for the racoons to be destructive. So far we have had no futher animal activity on the roof. Our experience with Wildlife Pro has been satisfactory and are confident that we can rely on [redacted] to keep this problem in check.

I was extremely pleased with Wildlife Pro. [redacted] performed a very thorough inspection of my home and discovered that the animals were in my attic. He set traps, removed dead red squirrels and repaired the point of entry. Everything was done in a very efficient and professional manner.

We had an exceptional experience with this company. The owner comes across as highly professional and knowledgeable, both on the phone and in person. He is dependable and reliable, arriving exactly when he said he would, and he called in advance to make sure we would be home. Once he got here, he wore shoe covers in the house and was careful with his ladder. He thoroughly examined the outside of the house in order to diagnose both the problem we knew we had and a different problem we were unaware of; we appreciated this initiative as it saved us from a future service call. He took pictures to show us what he had found. He inspired confidence and explained things clearly and in detail. Last but not least, we found his pricing extremely reasonable for the type of specialized work he does. He came back the very next day after his diagnosis to complete the work, and called me to let me know it was finished. All in all, we could not have had a better experience, and we would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

A woodchuck decided to make his new home in my back yard under the deck last fall. Although I've heard they are more scared of me, I didn't feeling comfortable knowing he was living under the deck I was hoping he would go away, but when I saw him this year I decided to call Wildlife Pro to have it removed from my property. [redacted] (owner) came out with 30-minutes, thoroughly explained the process to me, and set multiple traps. He told me he would be by every day to check the traps, and as promised, [redacted] was at my house first thing the next morning to check the traps and the woodchuck had taken the bait. Yes!!! [redacted] took it away, and left the traps in my yard for a week as promised to make sure there were no other woodchucks or other animals. He continued to come by the first thing every morning to check the traps and luckily there weren't any more of them. After the whole process, I was still given a 10-day grace period in case I saw another woodchuck or unwanted animal. I was very impressed with[redacted] professionalism and would highly recommend Wildlife Pro.

We had to call Wildlife Pro to investigate a critter noise in our attic. The owner responded to my phone call promptly(with in 2 hours) and was at our home with in three days. He was prompt,polite,friendly and professional. He checked our attic as well as our crawl space and found evidence of a chipmunk in the crawl space. He clearly explained our options and put traps out for baiting. He returned the next week to check the traps and plug entry ways into our crawl space. He did his work well and was tidy about cleaning the work area. I would highly recommend Wildlife Pro if you suspect you have a "critter" problem. [redacted].

We were very satisfied with wildlife pro. He was able to catch a nursing raccoon and her babies that were in the rafters of our house. He did a thorough inspection and closed up all openings so we don't have this problem again.

We called Wildlife Pro after being referred by TWO pest control listings to remove a skunk from our property. XXXX quickly found the culprit (a dead skunk next to the foundation) which smelled so bad IN THE HOUSE that I thought it had burrowed into the crawlspace! He was prompt, courteous, commuicative and professional. (As well as thorough... he walked around the perimeter of the house and around my two acre lot for signs of damage. I highly recommend this service.

I recently contacted Wildlife Pro to remove a raccoon from my attic. The service was quick and efficient after a thorough inspection. Recommendations and charges were clearly explained and costs were within my expectations. I did have the company complete cleanup and repairs. I am completely satisfied with the results.

Called company because we saw animal droppings in the loft over the garage. [redacted] came out the next day & checked the loft & said we had bats. He also checked the attic over the house which was free of the bats. He gave us an estimate on the work that needed to be done. Worked on it the following Monday & put in a one way valve to let them escape but not return. Left it in a week then returned & removed the valve and sealed the access point. He also vacuumed up all the droppings from the loft. Seamed very knowledgable & answered all our questions

I called Wildlife Pro regarding yellow jackets that took up residence in a wall space of my home. I spoke with the owner and he was very courteous - listened to my problem and explained what he thought would solve it.. He provided me with an estimate for services and said he could possibly be out later in the day. He did follow-up and came out the same day. He was very professional in explaining the process. He said he would return until the problem was resolved for the price he originally quoted. He returned in 2 days and did a second application. A third visit was made to be sure the problem was resolved. Wildlife Pro is very professional, prompt, courteous, thorough and customer oriented. An excellent company to work with!!!

I would like to thank Wildlife Pro for the excellent job done at my home. The matter of removing racoons from my attic went smoothly and quickly. Even patching and fixing possible areas where the animals entered was done quickly. Mr. [redacted]'s professionalism was evident in all parts of the job. From wearing booties on his shoes to protect my carpet to handling the animals after they were caught.
