Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] I just picked up vehicle from Bayridge ChryslerJeepDodgeRamCar was repaired by service dept, but they failed to disclose the fact that there was exterior damage on drivers side of vehicleI brought this to the attention of the service manager Paul and he states that the vehicle was towed in from Garden City on with the damageWhen I had it towed to Garden City on the evening of 116, there was no damage to the extent that I saw todayHe (paul) is claiming that the car was damage prior to it getting back to BayridgePaul produced a tow receipt that appears to have been alteredWhen I asked him about the tow receipt appearing to look as if it was altered, he states oh no I would not do that because that would be fraud! I called the Tow company and asked them to fax the original receipt so that I can compare the twoI also contacted Tina the service manager and told her about the damageShe told me to bring the car so that they can see the damage that was doneI am very upset that issues keep arising with regards to this car and service deptSo, no I'm not satisfied with how I have been treated during this entire incidentSo now I'm waiting for tow company to produce the original receipt In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Spoke to [redacted] on we had left off that we are awaiting the original tow slip from the tow company to confirm that the damage was on the vehicle when the vehicle was picked up from the other dealership [redacted] is out of town and wont be back from her vacation until Sunday to let me know when she is available to pass by the store next week so I can go over the damage with her and to see if we can get the problem resolvedTell us why here

Never in my life have I ever dealt with a Service Dept whose entire customer service is so disgustingly unsatifactory that it is beyond belief! spoke with customer explained to [redacted] that he needs to open file with Chrysler corpfor possible buy backBay Ridge Chrysler Jeep has done everthing that it can to this point

The customer service repset up with another appointment for [redacted] to meet with the owner for tomorrow May [redacted] at a.mWe will go over all matters and have them resolved

customers car is currently in the service dept, and being worked oncustomer was updated on the status of carDealership opened a consumer case with the factory

Bay Ridge Chrysler Jeep did not return *** *** leased car lateBay Ridge made *** last lease payment and returned his car at the earliest appointment that Acura gave usBay Ridge agreed with *** *** to install a rear back up camera for the misunderstanding ** *** is happy
with the out come

bay ridge chrysler is responding to the complaint for *** *** The engine was taking some time to come in from the factory The part arrived todayThe repair should take about a week to complete and will be covered under warranty

matters will reach out to me todaytill now, its am I didn't hear back from them In addition I received an email confirmation from the warranty company stating that they did their part and they reached out to the dealershipthe dealership is now the ones that should issue the refund Sincerely,*** *** ***

Bay Ridge Chrysler Jeep is contacting customer and having car towed back to the shop at our expenseThe car will be checked right away and customer will be notified of what needs to be done

As part of an agreement on both parties, a back up camera was to be installed and as of yet, I am still awaiting service on my jeep Cherokee for the back up cameraUnfortunately at this time, a service date was given of Tuesday March ** but has not yet been fulfilledSo I am still unsatisfied as of this moment until I receive a confirmed date for service and service has been completed

Spoke to [redacted] on 03/**/16 we had left off that we are awaiting the original tow slip from the tow company to confirm that the damage was on the vehicle when the vehicle was picked up from the other dealership.
