Anthony from Allied came out to look at my furnace as it started making a loud banging noise each time it started up. He said he couldn't find an immediate problem but recommended I get a free estimate on a new unit since it is about 20 years old (about 5 years past it's life expectancy). He did not try to up-sell anything and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I will probably go with Allied if I decide to replace the unit in the near future. Luckily the unit is in working order.

We had our Annual Furnace cleaning and checkup inspection performed yesterday by Technician Joe W. from Allied Air Conditioning and Heating in Palatine IL. He did an outstanding job. He found that the Furnace Igniter was borderline operationally and replaced it with a new one. Our Furnace is 18 years old.

The Technician Joe W. was both Professional by explaining and answering our questions, and had a very friendly and pleasant manner.

He is a vey positive asset to Allied Air Conditioning and Heating, his employer.

My wife and I have been using Allied HVAC services for over 30 years. They are the most professional, and honest service company that I have ever dealt with. Their technicians are the best. Knowledgeable, efficient, polite and above all honest. I cannot express the honest part enough because in this day and age it is difficult to find. If the technician says you need a part, etc. you need the part. Dale has serviced our heating and air conditioning needs in the past and it is a joy to have him visit. I can, with all honesty, say that about all the personnel that I have worked with from Allied over the years.
