We always use Allied A/C & Heating for our heating and air conditioning needs - from purchasing new units to the annual maintenance of them. Great service staff. Anthony C has been here multiple times and is always friendly and professional.

Always professional, courteous and neat - Joe *. was a pleasure to have in my home and answered every question I had. Thanks for another year of great service!

Allied was terrific! Professional, personable employees (especially Whittaker ** who spent over 7 hours in heat and humidity to replace the AC and never lost his cool!).
We had another HVAC company that had been recommended by the condo association as well, but they required 3 service calls, and charges before determining the unit had to be replaced. Allied was able to provide a proposal on the first visit, set up the appointment for the installation quickly and did not require a deposit. I will recommend them to friends, family and fellow employees.

Allied has always been great to deal with. My air conditioner recently stopped working and James came out to service it. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He took the time to explain everything that was going onI was very impressed with the service.

I have been doing business with Allied A/C & Heating for over 25 years and have purchased my last two furnaces and a/c units from them. I have never had a problem and highly recommend them to family and friends.

We've been using Allied for a number of years and have always been pleased with their service.

Very positive experience and excellent service was given. AC would not kick on so called Allied Tuesday morning and was told they could send someone out that afternoon. They called to advise technician Chris was on the way and emailed his photo and info. Chris was very professional, courteous and efficient. He put on shoe coverings when in the house. He quickly diagnosed the problem (bad capacitor), had part on truck that needed to be replaced, and was done within 45 minutes.

I have used Allied A/C & Heating for many years. Their employees are always professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They arrive within the window of time that they allot. They have always been honest and fair on their pricing, as well. They are company that I trust and they have earned my trust. I highly recommend them!

This was my first experience with Allied HVAC and I must say I am extremely pleased with this company. My servicer was Joe and he was prompt, courteous, had to go get a part and was back in minutes and finished the job in about half an hour. He answered all my questions and I would highly not only ask for him again, but would highly recommend him to others. He was a delight to work with.

We have had a heating and air conditioning contract with Allied for several years and are very satisfied customers. You get excellent service for a reasonable yearly fee with both heating and air conditioning checks every year. They contact you to have you schedule the visit for the correct season, then email and text you the name and picture of the tech coming to do the call. The techs have always been friendly and very professional. We think Allied is the best.

Allied HVAC is an outstanding company. 5 Stars. Technician Chris [redacted] is especially noteworthy as being highly qualified, dedicated and caring as pertains to HVAC maintenance. Allied and Chris truly go that extra mile to insure that clients
receive prompt and accurate service and follow up with great concern that the client
is satisfied. The best HVAC service company I have used in living in the same house
49 years.

I have worked with Allied A/C and Heating for over 10 years. I have never had a problem with the scheduling (they always arrive on time) customer service is always polite and helpful. And the work is always completed the first time, very rarely have I needed to make a call back appt. I would highly recommend this company.

22JUL - loud sound coming from Air Conditioner unit in hall closet - rep cycled system but couldn't find any problem as noise had stopped.
26JUL -James arrived. Temperature in house was 86 degrees, Worked on system for a long time.....discovered it needed new TXV.....had to be ordered.
27JUL - James returned at 8:15am following day with TXV.....worked for some 4 hours in 86 degree heat....including setting off fire alarm system with blow torch....no complaints out of him.....man of few words.
Send James in the future.....he is a keeper.

Been using Allied for a long time and will continue to. None better.

I have dealt with Allied A/C & Heating for years. They installed a new high efficiency furnace for me 5 years ago, and maintained it with yearly visits. I am 100% satisfied with their work and charges. I recommend them highly.

Service Tech - Whittaker [redacted] was prompt, polite and articulate in his service call to our home. At the conclusion of our appointment, he made me aware of my current water heater status and provided me with additional information on replacement water heaters.

The Service Representative from Allied A/C & Heating was on-time, professional, thorough, and customer friendly. He answered all of my questions.

Service is excellent--prompt, timely, and knowledgeable technicians. Prices are very reasonable. They answer all your questions and tell you exactly what they will be doing.

I was charged for labor and a keyless entry remote for my car that the dealership was not able to program and is therefore useless to me.I took my car to Wilkinson to have a keyless entry remote made for it on July 1st, 2015. I was quoted and agreed to a price of $127.95 ($49 labor and $78.95 for the key) over the telephone prior to bringing my car in to have the work completed. After waiting about ten minutes in the shop, I was told that the mechanic had run into a code he had never seen before and was unable to program the key for my car and would have to perform diagnostics which would be an additional $75. I declined to pay and assumed I would be leaving, just with no keyless entry remote as the dealership was unable to program it. However, I was told I had to pay the $127.95 and now have a $78.95 key that does me no good as the dealership could not program it. I agreed to pay the $127.95 prior to bringing my car in exchange for the service of programming a key for my vehicle which did not happen. I do not believe I should have had to pay anything. The unprogrammed key could have easily been returned to the warehouse for another customer to have programmed. I paid for work that was not done and a key that can not be used.Desired SettlementI would like a full refund from the business. I was forced to pay for a key that can not be used and labor for a job that was not done. Business Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted], ownerContact Phone: [redacted]Contact Email: [redacted]At the time the customer was here, we offered to refund her money for key romote($78.95), but asked her to pay the $49.00 labor for the time the technician spent on attempting to program the new remote since the issue was with the module in the vehicle. She and her companion told us that they would keep the remote and take it to another dealership who "knows how to program it". Our offer to refund her money ofr the remote still stands, as long as it has not been damaged and is in returnable condition. We should point out that we replace and reprogram dozens of key remotes every month.Consumer Response I was never offered a refund for the remote or I would have obviously taken it rather than go through these hoops to receive it. I never dealt with the owner, but told the service manager I would take my car somewhere else to be programmed when told that they were not able to program the remote and would have to do additional diagnostics that I would have to pay $75 for. I expected to take my car and pay nothing at that point. Instead, I was made to pay for the labor (that was not performed) and the remote that did not work. Final Business Response As noted in our previous response, we will allow return of the remote and refund the customer's money for the remote. The labor charge to program the remote is earned because the technician spent time performing the operation to program the new remote. The issue lies with the vehicle and the vehicle needs further diagnosis and possibly, repair. [redacted] reports this vehicle to have been a "total loss" in South Carolina. Being a rebuilt car, this vehicle could have significant issues.See our service manager for remote return if interested.
