Seagate did an outstanding job walking through the inspection and explaining it to me. We had a normal inspection and an IR scan for water issues, both inspectors were great and very accommodating of our millions of questions. The main inspector reviewed the report with us before leaving, and we received a copy of the report via email same day. It was written in plain English and very easy to follow. I highly recommend Seagate for home insurrections and would absolutely use them again.
I was pleased beyond expectations. [redacted] from Seagate was so thorough, he caught a plumbing issue that was due to a product that met code at the time the villa was built but has since been found to be subject to dezinciification. Due to this find, all of the plumbing fittings needed to be replaced to avoid rupture. Other inspectors did not find this problem when it existed in other villas in this development. [redacted] was extremely knowledgable and even advised me of minor issues such as soil erosion around one side of the foundation and a line that needed to be raised higher than the garbage disposal. I trust and highly recommend Seagate Inspections.

Seagate has done 2 home inspections for us,on the first home[redacted] found a problem This problem would have cost my husband and I 16,000 dollars to fix a basement wall.We decided not to purchase this home. We found another home I asked for the same inspector,he came and did a thorough inspection,he found no major problems.
