I paid $for month of premium serviced& only received regular car wash so this is not acceptable - I want full refund and truthfully do not trust any service from this business- just want $ paid refunded as well as $ to remove sticker & most importantly removable of scratches on my hood - do not have trust or confidence in this establishment

He has offered me the opportunity to call him when I am ready to take my vehicle back to the location. He will be in touch with the location to let them know to give my vehicle special attention to make sure the job is done correctly. He and I are both going to be out of town on vacation next week so we will address the matter upon our return. As I explained to you before, we only use top of the line foam pads that are replaced frequently, therefore, it is impossible that the detail would have scratched your vehicle. Since we value you as a customer we would like to give you a full refund on the detail service which we provided to you. As I explained before I do not want the company touching my vehicle again. I have taken it to two professional detail shops and both gave me the same conclusion, they were caused by Francis & Sons during the buffing process and the use of dirty pads. I request again that my money be refunded. I have already covered the cost of paint repair and had the swirls/scratches already removed.

concerning this matter and due to the fact of the age of the vehicle and after doing all my research on how your woodgrain on your vehicle came off, there is no possible way that our facility could’ve caused the damage. However I will do a little more research on this matter and see if there is anything else I can do for you.    Thank you  Bo H[redacted]General Operations Manager[redacted]

Your stance has now changed that it's the year of my vehicle (2008) and not the excessive moisture which caused the damage. You have also called out excessive heat as a possible reason for it coming off. It seems as though this company will say or do anything to get away from having to solve the problem at hand. I also do not know what you mean when you say you will do additional research and get back with me? Haven't you done all the research which is why you and corporate denied the claim? I still have not heard back from you regarding which Lexus dealership was contacting because it is not the same information I am getting from the dealership. In addition, you still have the wood grain panels and I would like them back. You stated you would take them to show the corporate board, but then stated they were at the location sitting in the office the entire time. Were they ever even given to those who make the decision? The obvious warped look of the panels indicate the moisture.
