The products I ordered were not true to size, I ordered pairs of women's bib overalls, bought them to have baggy effectBought this same size and brand in stores and never had this sizing problemThen when I tried to contact this company via emails numerous times, I never heard back from them except to say they could not post my review of their productsNow I have returned the two pair of bib overalls order # [redacted] , and they won't respond to my request to have my refund credited to my account immediately, I didn't tell them to wait for their payment from me for days, and I don't see any legal reason it would take days to refund all of my money that I paid in good faithThis is the worst business I have ever done online shopping with, and I will never buy anything from this company again

Good products, but please be aware that they do not offer free returns You must pay for your item to be shipped back for return creditAnd on that note, I don't believe they refunded me my whole purchase-- I think they omitted refunding me the full sales tax

I ordered pair of pants a week ago no problems, ordered more pairs this week and they sent wrong size, I called and told [redacted] they sent the wrong size and bottom line too bad send them back and they will send new ones, but I have to pay shippingWhat, whyWhat a racket, I have to pay shipping for their mistakeCaution if you order and they send the wrong size too bad

The customer indicates in their complaint that they ordered size 36X32, but per the original on-line order history, size 38X32 is actually what was ordered, and what we shipped. Our general policy is that we will reimburse return shipping costs if the error is a result of a Dickies mistake,... but we do not pay return shipping for instances where this is no fault on our part. As a gesture of good faith a pre-paid return label has been sent to the customer.

By e-mail on July 21st I was promised to get a credit refunded between 7-businees days to my credit card of which has never credited back to my account as of Aug9th.I called numerous times to see why what was going on only to be told that the credit was being processed which was a lie

Per customer complaint, the customer had spoken with a representative regarding a replacement of a Dickies item that was several years old. The previous item was 854206P “Dickies Scrubs Women’s Petite Back Elastic Cargo Pant.” Customer was told that the replacement item was 86206P
“Dickies Women’s Petite EDS Signature Scrubs Drawstring Cargo Pant.” According to the original complaint, the customer did not find the fit, cut and style to be the same and was requesting information on the style that would be closer to the item previously worn
When Williamson-Dickie received the complaint we researched consumer orders and phone calls and were not able to locate any order or phone call from the customer based on the email address or phone number provided in the complaint. Since scrubs are a licensed product that are manufactured by licensee Strategic Partners, Williamson-Dickie reached out to our contact at Strategic asking for the proper replacement for the customer’s previous item. We were informed by Strategic that 86206P, the item the customer purchased, is indeed the correct replacement (Williamson-Dickie did not have the item number from the customer at this time). We reached out to the customer using the email provided in the complaint to provide the 86209P item number and to ask how this could be resolved. In the email conversation that resulted it was discovered that the customer had ordered the product from Amazon. Presumably any information the customer received about the proper replacement for the previous product would have come from Amazon.
In subsequent emails the customer’s complaint seemed less about fit, cut and style and centered more on the weight or thickness of the fabric. When the customer informed Williamson-Dickie that the item had been purchased at Amazon, the customer asked if Williamson-Dickie could refund the customer’s purchase price from the Amazon order. Unfortunately Williamson-Dickie is unable to refund any customer for a purchase made at another retailer
Since the item that the customer received was the correct replacement item but that item did not satisfy the customer, Williamson-Dickie offered to send any pair of scrub pants available on www.dickies.com free of charge that the customer requested. In addition, Williamson-Dickie provided the customer with contact information at Strategic Partners’ Customer Care email address and phone number. No response has been received to either of these two offers

I purchased a pair of pants from Dickies and never received themThe package said it was delivered but I never recived itI checked with ***, they didn't have it I contacted Dickies and they have not provided any solutionThere customer service department has been slow to respond and have not been helpful in providing a solution

I received as a gift a brand new with tags Dickies , Denim Bib Overalls MensI tried them on after receiving them, and they fit great, even a little looseAfter one washing as instructed by garment tag, the garment shrank two full sizes and no longer fits at all, way too tightI contacted the Dickies company and asked what could be doneThey stated that they could replace them with only the same product number and same size item, and that I should not have washed them in warm water, even though the tag states "wash in warm water"I asked them to please just replace them with a size larger so that when they shrunk, they would fit me fineThey flat refusedI have many other overalls of same size and they fit perfect even after hundreds of washings in HOT water

The items the customer ordered are all located in different warehouses which is why they arrived at different times. The last item on his order was out of stock. We apologize for the delay in responding that this item was unavailable. That item has been canceled from his order and
his card was not chargedThe customer has been notified with a voice mail message and an email. At this time we have received no response from the customer

I purchased two shirts of yours from a local retailer Both shirts were called workshirts, had similar packaging, sizes were both 2XL, and both said original fit I could not even touch the front together let alone button the Short Sleeve Two Pocket Plaid Workshirt The Short Sleeve Twill Work Shirt on the other hand fit exactly as my other shirts do, which is with room to spare I emailed your customer service about this issue and was told "We offer several styles, and fitsSome may be a slim fit, while others are a generous fit" No where on either of the packaging did it say slim or generous, only Original fit I am very disappointed in not only the consistency of your products but in your customer support

My new belt worn twice separated apart at the between layers of leather I filled out Dickies return order form on 8/18/and sent in the belt with return order It was delivered on 8/ I haven't seen sort of resolution from them to-date

I have contacted Dickies several time to request that my e-mail address be removed from their mailing list I called ###-###-#### and spoke to *** and left several messages a few months ago and I continued to receive e-mails from Dickies every day I e-mailed them on June and I am still receiving unwanted e-mails everyday

They sent me nothing until 3/21/18.I did get my credit yesterday and this issue has been resolved.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

The customer’s complaint states that she “…tried to contact this company via emails numerous times….”, and she also mentions not being able to post her review on our website The site she was attempting to post on is for the product rating, and the company that filters those responses
(Bizrate) does not pass on any of those “filtered” comments to Dickies. This is not our Dickies customer service e-mail. According to our records, the customer had not initiated a call to Dickies in reference to this matter We did receive an e-mail on 1/18/regarding her refund. The return was received by us on 1/10/and a credit memo issued; however the refund was not processed until 1/18/17. We contacted the customer on 1/21/to let her know that her refund had been issued in the amount of $which excluded the shipping charges as is our procedure if the reason for the refund is not due to our error. After confirming with our credit department that the refund had been issued, we learned that we had actually issued the refund twice. Due to the lateness of processing her refund, we are will not reverse the second refund

Since you paid with a Gift Certificate, we will issue you a check and mail it to you
