Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business. My floors where never done to satisfactory to me what so ever. Here here are some findings in discrepancies from [redacted] • insure all butt joints are staggered by a minimum of 6"- not done• can repeats butts every 3-4 boards- our floors are every other one or two• start rows with a variety of different lengths- not done• jagged/bad cuts on edges along bar area and baseboards• this flooring should not be installed using fasteners or adhesive of any kind- used silicone on header of stairs and broke stair piece-a mess[redacted] states this floor is not done to industry standards and needs to be completely re-done. You can call him anytime @ [redacted] or email him at [redacted]  tax ID# [redacted] Regarding the concrete they have already repaired some repairs. We are tired of hearing excuses after excuses as to why they don't want to repair their concrete.  We just ask that the concrete is done right,  if that's what they call quality work then that is pretty sad. Also all these complaints regarding the concrete were informed to windmill home well before warranty was up. I have pictures and letters to prove all of my claims

We apologize that you are frustrated with the repairs being done at your home but we expect all parties to be polite and courteous as we work towards a solution. Unless we can find a way to communicate in a respectful manner we will not be able to accomplish anything. Your flooring warranty is through [redacted]. If you are not willing to allow them into your home to complete the work then I'm afraid we have reached a standstill. We can drop off the supplies needed to repair the damaged stair nose. You can hire someone else to install it but it will void your flooring warranty for future issues. If [redacted] is not given the opportunity to ensure the floors are installed correctly they cannot warranty the product. If you do choose to allow them back into your home we ask that you treat them with respect and that your children are supervised and out of the work area for their safety. If the contractors feel threatened or like they are putting themselves or your family in harm's way they will leave immediately. The concrete repair work on your front porch has been completed. The other areas of concern are not covered by your warranty. Your warranty states: "Snow, ice pack, salt and other chemicals can cause pitting, scaling and spalling of concrete surfaces.  Pitting, scaling and spalling does not occur after 3 months unless these chemicals have been used or ice has not been removed. Builders responsibility: None – deterioration due to these causes are beyond builder control."

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business. Since I have made my complaint, [redacted] has stopped by twice to say they would be by tomorrow to fix problems but no one still has not shown up. Also [redacted] said they would fix my floors this week, but I have not received a phone stating when they are coming to fix the job.
