We have received out to this customer several times, not only our customer service department but the installers directly. The customer told our installers (after multiple documented calls) they would "let them know" if they could come out and adjust or fix whatever is needed. We have provided a...

letter from our  vendors manufacturing department indicating that the construction of the shutters are exactly as factory specs permit due to the stability and warranty of the product. If the customer would like to receive any further service they can reach out to our company from 8am - 5pm Monday- Friday and Saturdays 8am - 2pm. We will be more than happy to assist any adjustments and repair any warranty issue they may be suffering.

The office informed the customer that there was miscommunication on 12/3/16 with our installer. We have them scheduled for today 12/10/16.

We have the new screen that was torn and the front door. We will have our installation division reach out to the customer ASAP. They can reach out to us at their convenience as well.
We do not offer pet guards for the screens, and that is not contractually agreed upon.

This customer is completed and paid us in full.

Tanya our office Manager will reach out to the customer by July 5th proceeding the office holiday closer.

I am rejecting this response because: The Window Design Group did contact me to schedule an appointment for repairs on Saturday, 12/3, between 8am-10am and no one showed up or called.  I notified them on Saturday and have yet to receive a response.

At the time of signing the contractual agreement (detailed contract along with detail window specification sheets per opening) the salesperson informed the homeowner that any existing products along with their alarm system would need to be taken down by the alarm company. He instructed the homeowner...

to call in front of him so he could assure that the alarm company and the home owner was aware of what needed to be done prior to the installation of their product. We clearly state in our contractual agreement terms and conditions that we do not take down existing products and that obstructions that prohibit the installation of the purchased product being installed must be addressed by the homeowner prior to the arrival of the new product.

I am rejecting this response because:The business has issued automatically 3 charges to our credir card including the 1024 USD that they claimed pending, they need to provide all the bills demonstrating any pending balance, together with the bills that are cleared.The windows shaeds are wrong and some are not matching, they have never contacted us to replace them, they need to provide evidence if they did contact us to come help fix.

The homeowner has requested to speak directly with our General Manger regarding their complaints. He has reached out to them.

We have reached out to the phone numbers given in the response. The first number ###-###-#### (the original number given to contact Mrs. [redacted] directly)  is going straight to voice mail. We left a message at ###-###-#### to schedule, we have also called ###-###-#### and left a message.

The customer does have two items being remade. It is the frames only on two openings. The measure technician did not account for a large build out for the total clearance of the louvers; meaning their shutters are installed however the louvers hit the glass of the window.  These remade items...

are custom made as all of the product in their home and we are trying to rush these as quickly as possible. The customer was already given an "inconvenience" discount of $150.00.

This business is the former Window Fashion Pros who apparently went out of business and was purchased by someone else, (Cynde P.?) listed as principal owner. I bought windows from the former company with great warranties. After many problems with installation, and one in particular with multiple problems that were not corrected, The same window has a failed grid now. They are ordering a new window, but I have to find an installer. I know the two businesses are the same because they have the same address with the Revdex.com, and I found the website where their franchise was for sale. Maybe they have improved?

Needed to replace a broken window in my home , normally I would attempt to do it myself except I was not even sure if I could handle it or not. So I took a recommendation from a friend so I called Window Design Group I was very impressed in which they were able to within a day send someone out to access the situation and what would be required for this job the gentleman Brandon the Estimator they sent out was very helpful with the information he provided he explained the different grades of glass from low end to high end I decided with the higher end in hopes of not having to replace again for a while. They came out replaced the Window in one tenth of the time it would have taken me Kudos to you Window Design Group please keep up the great display of customer satisfaction you deliver a lifetime customer here and will definitely refer to all friends and family.

Our installers tried reaching out to the customer on the following dates with the repair items needed, December 18th @4:20 "will think about it and get back to us", December 22nd @ 10:11, December 29th @9:55, January 8th@ 7:46. The shutter are not rushed nor of poor quality, we generate over 15, 000 square feet of shutter for our company. If the customer will allows to do warranty the issues we will be more than happy to comply.

The customer signed a contractual agreement with our company for custom made cellular shades and shutter. Everything was installed except the one shade had the wrong valance made by the manufacture. The customer still owes a remaining balance of $1024.00. We have tried reaching out to this customer...

to replace/install the remaining valance to no avail. We have sent this claim over to our collections department. The claims is now with that collection company.

Excellent! They have good pricing and wonderful customer service. I was referred to Window Design Group by a friend. I had been needing to replace a cracked glass window in my house for quite some time now. I called and spoke to Blake, he was very informative and he helped me set up an onsite estimate. They told me exactly what they would do and how much I would pay, no surprises!:) They showed up on time and replaced my window fast and efficiently. The guys who accommodated me were very professional. Thank you for the terrific service!!!

I am rejecting this response because:
The in-home representative from Window Design Group, J[redacted], made it a point to inform me that her company is proud to offer shutters made in America. As I was thrilled with that and told her it was a huge plus for Window Design Group, she continued to reinforce the made in America narrative throughout the appointment and handed me a company brochure that confirmed the made in America narrative (attachment) with no mention of manufacturing in other countries. At no time during the appointment with Jenna did I ask for cheap or cheaper shutters. In fact, I never mentioned a budget to Jenna because I did not have a budget. My impression was that I was purchasing the top-of-line shutters offered by Window Design Group and all made in America. At no time during my appointment with Jenna did she offer me cheaper shutters as an alternative to the top-of-the-line product, nor did I ask.
 
 For Window Design Group to claim they sold me a product knowingly made in China is an outright lie. I turned down a lower quote from another company because the company expressly mentioned their shutters were made in Asia (attachment). The unscrupulous business practices of Window Design Group could very well be the reason the owners have changed the company name and address several times over the last few years to avoid negative customer complaints. Window Design Group deliberately misrepresented the product sold to me as made in America knowing full well they were getting the product from China. This action on their part voids any contract agreement.
