years! It's been two years! I've called a dozen times I quit calling after about a year I'm calling them again now I hate when people post reviews online in a negative manner honestly, as a business owner myself, I've had one bad review, and that was after exhausting all of our efforts to satisfy an insane person over a can of glue Well, this is my business We paid Window World a lot of money to come out and replace all of our windows They rescheduled on us twice and after months of waiting, they came out and replaced the windows, while my husband and I were on the one week of vacation that we take off every year Well, I called again today and was told that a man would be here on November 1st Well, two of our windows don't even close because they do not fit They left busted glass all over the city that has yet to be cleaned up, not to mention that my employees had to dodge glass slivers shooting in their directions while attempting to answer the phones all that day! Obsurd! My brand new roof liner we had just paid $30,for, is still covered in glass, and the sidewalks, and all of the grass and dirt outside is still filled with glass, and we are still finding glass inside of all of our desks and file cabinets! I've picked up glass for two years!!!! My sheetrock that had just been replaced before the windows were, is swollen and water stains all the way down to my hardwood floors, which we also had just put in before we got new windows, because every time it rains, the rain pours in, which was the reason for the new windows to begin with The windows do not close so we have to put bars above them to leave at night, to keep from being robbed, which is another thing We had permanent bars on the windows, but cannot reinstall them, until they replace these two windows, so every single night I have to run bars over these windows! Every single night! The only way this is going to be removed from this website, is for them to come out here and replace the windows that were measured wrong to begin with, so that we can lock them, fix the sills so the windows do not leak, and clean up all of the remaining glass I've called for two years This is where I draw the line I'm the most patient person in the universe but am extremely tired of being taken advantage of So, hopefully, this message will reach the intended parties, and as a fellow business owner, I would hope that they will do what they are supposed to do! If not, I'll hire someone else and move on But I do have a very loud mouth, so as of yet, I've not said a word But, I will I want this problem rectified by someone in that business who cares, and in a professional manner! They took sledge hammers and busted out the windows all over the city block out here Why?! When they were replacing the windows, did they not just pull out the old windows in one piece?! Why did they install windows that obviously did not fit the space?! Makes no sense! And why the first times I called to get help, did some old hateful lady answer their telephone every time and nobody has ever called me back to discuss this no matter how nice I try to be?! Well, a very nice young lady answered the phone today and she put me on hold and spoke to someone and came back and said that they did schedule a date SIX more weeks from now on Nov1st, for someone to come and LOOK at the problems We shall see! If I end up paying for another company to deal with all of this, I might just hire our attorney to file suit, as this really is absolutely ridiculous! Terrible service all the way around! Discounted windows really?!
Not happy! And yes, we run a service business ourselves! So this review physically makes me sick to even have to write!

They lie to your face!!! No professionalism at all!!! Project began on Nov - finally completed in January - in meantime, our floors were ruined from rainwater running in because gutters had not been replaced yet - NOW they tell me the subcontractor had no liability insurance!! Well - who's going to pay for my ruined floors???? Also still have one window that is cracked and not replaced AND the new gutters are installed so that the water runs back onto the house and down the siding!!! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!! I contacted Window World about 7 windows that needed replacing. Great sales experience, hired them at the time of the sales call. I paid a deposit. Weeks went by, I had to call to follow up. (This should have been a sign.) on the day of the appointment I was told they would be at my home between 11 to 1. At 1 I called was told the window was 12 to 2? AT 7:30 PM Window Word's crew showed up WITH A FLAT TIRE AND NO JACK? I had a jack. Once THEIR tire was fixed they STARTED on they project that brought them to my house. At 10:15 one of WINDOW WORLDS installers came to me to complete paper work AND COLLECT THE FULL BALANCE. No discount no apology nothing. I went back to what I was do, I a few minutes 10:30 pm I heard WINDOW WORLD's truck pulling out of my driveway. No sorry for the inconvenience, thank you for your business, just gone. I call the next day, some of the windows were NOT completely caulked. WINDOW WORLD sent a supervisor, who called me on the way to say he had been over booked and was running late! I can't make this stuff up. He caulked the Windows told me he couldn't get good help ( like I care) offered nothing to make anything up to me. I will call anybody before I call these jokers again!
