I love window world! They arrived on time and the window installation went smoothly and everything looks great! I would definitely recommend window world !!

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] first of all they never cantacted me,I called them.and [redacted] was rude and hatefull.said they would not warrenty windows because they were installed improperly.well I paid them to install them and they are the ones who did shabby work.and the wood they say needs to be replaced is a one by that doesnt even need to be their.its just a way to charge me more money.if they want to make me sign a waver to void warrenty then I want my money back for installation.I dont even see how they are in bussness.they have been to my house twice and both times have messed up.and they are not going to make this look like my fault.its all do to their bad busness practice and workmenship.if they will reimburse me the and half of the installation then il sign their wavier.if not ill see them in court

We spoke to Mrs [redacted] on Friday November 3rd regarding the issues that she was having [redacted] , the owner, resolved the complaint with Mrs [redacted] Mrs [redacted] was rescheduled due to weather the first time of her orginal install dateWe immediately put Mrs [redacted] back on the schedule, however the installer was late to her jobWe have discussed and resolved all issuesGoing forward Mrs [redacted] has decided to take the complaint off, and we are going to order her two new additonal windows at no charge and install them correctlyThis is not how we do business and we want to prove this to Mrs [redacted] and give her the customer service that she deserves Thanks, [redacted]

[redacted] has spoke to Mr [redacted] and the customer has agreed to waive the lifetime warranty for the windows, and receive a refund of $The customer will pick the check up on Friday 10/24/ Thank You, [redacted]

I contracted with WW of Paducah to remove and install windows in my apartment building in early Even today, 1/21/14, they are not complete with their work Mike Trout states the items remaining are warranty work I informed him that missing latches on windows and poor workmanship is not warranty Without 100% completion of the work, Mike Trout charged my credit card the outstanding balance I considered file suit, but decided against solely because I never desire to speak to him again His arrogance and lack of responsibility is astonishing given the fact he is still in business He commits a great deal of money towards advertising, so this must be the reason he still remains in business Take this from a contractor, do NOT do business with Window World Visit your local lumber yard or large box store, they will stand behind their work and get you a better product

In response to the settlement on my complaint ID [redacted] , I believe I deserve a full refund of $Two days of pay for my husband is $and the kennel cost for two days is $The missed event the evening of install due to their extreme tardiness, exposure to an employee urinating, images on the employee urinating on my security camera, my numerous phone calls and voicemails (most unanswered), advertisement, delays due to Window World, and overall stress from the unprofessional behavior equals the remaining balance of $472.86; totaling $refunded to me

I had no other choice,after spending over dollars for them to treat me like they did.I paid them to install windows and their installer phantom raped my windows as he does with all his jobs and they got caught.they charged me over 2,to install and I find out the installer charged dollars.I lost my warrenty and had to fix my own windows,but I hope everyone who reads this doesnt do businesss with them.I will let every one I know what kind of busness they do and I just hope he sleeps good at night knowing how he does his customers

Window World of Paducah installed seven windows in my homeInstallers were very professional, and the installation job made a huge difference in our utility billSalesman was also very professional and knowledgableThe salesman and owner both made contact with us after installation to make sure we were satisfied, and to let us know the windows were guaranteed for lifeI would recommend window world to anyone in the market of new windows

Response: I t is unfortunate that this customers house was damagedWith all home improvements there is an unknown set of circumstances.In this case the customer is right in saying we came out over times trying to diagnose the leak in her windowsWe had the manufacturer rep outStill couldn't find the leak so we ordered new windowsThose windows were installed and it leaked in the same exact spotThe chances of this happening is a million to oneAs the owner I have over years experience installing windows doors and sidingWhen I arrived at their home with my service techsI looked at all the previous steps taken to fix the leakBecause I have done this for so long I immediately knew that it is impossible for windows manufactured at different times, installed at different times to possibly leak in the same exact spotwithout touching any of the past work, I took off the siding above the window that we did not installthe nail fin on the j channel and old window frames that were there had been cracked and I thought it odd that the siding that was above those windows had been replaced beforeMy guy told me to dig a little deeper and sure enough, I could see where the water was coming in atI showed this to the homeownerI fixed the siding and put new j channel up that the customer fortunately had available along with a new construction membrane tape that should have been used when the original new construction windows that the builder should have usedI was completely confident that there would be no more leaks and there wasn'ti understand ***s frustrationsBut its misplacedThe water was coming in at the top through siding and funneling down in between her windows collecting at the bottomThats why her sheeting was moldingI never charged them for the countless trips out there, nor the siding fix, nor the cost of the manufacturers trip which added up to thousands of dollarsWe are a great company and do the very best to help our customersIn this case I have documentation on all of the aboveSent on: 8/3/2:52:PM

To whom it may concern:We spoke to Mr*** and we told him that as of 4/7/2017, we have a new service protocol that has been taken placeWe explained to Mr*** that the card would not be ran but would be kept on file until a professional installation tech could come out and observeWe
however, do not ask for social security numbers during this callOnce the installation tech reviews the issue and lets office personnel know if its a warranty issue or not, the card will then be ran ONLY if it is not covered under warrantyWe will certainly be glad to help Mr***, but he will not provide us with the accurate information that we need to further his problemI have attached the warranty forms,& credit card auth form. window world actually sold the job on 7/20/The job was supposed to be installed within months because mr*** still had to build out the addition on his househe failed to get the addition built wich led to the job being grossly delayedMr*** was not an easy customer to deal withThere were times where he would pull off siding as my crew was putting it up and tell them it was done improperlyMy installers would never say that its good enough for them and that's good enoughOur companies goal is to always satisfy the customer nomatter whatWe have photographs and video to dispute mr*** claimsThe windows he is referring to he installed himselfWe told Mr*** that there is no warranty for windows that he installs himself since we cannot guarantee the quality of workmanshipultimately he has been an impossible customer to satisfyAt one point he walked around the jobsite with a pistol on his hip trying to intimidate our crewI really wish we could help him more but at this point I think this is one customer that we can not satisfybest regards *** *** owner/CEO

We contacted Mr. [redacted] on 9/29/2014. Mr. [redacted] is refusing us to do the labor. He originally had a job done back in July. All went well with the job. The recent job the installers did not realize that we were needing to replace the wood on Mr. [redacted]'s home. He spoke with [redacted] and [redacted] and we have gave Mr. [redacted] the opportunity to void the warranty and refund him 750.00 or let us finish the work but he is refusing that as well. Unfortunately, Mr. [redacted] was very rude and refused the offer and hung up the phone. We will refund the customers money and void the warranty but Mr. [redacted] has to sign the voided warranty, otherwise let us finish the job. Any questions, please call us at ###-###-####.
