I love window world! They arrived on time and the window installation went smoothly and everything looks great! I would definitely recommend window world !!

We will respond to all of MR [redacted] statement's individually as follows. I was unfortunate to have had a work related injury, and was unable to work for 6 month's on 8/1/12 and called Mr. [redacted] and explained that to him and there seemed to be no issue since after all he was already paid for the job and there wasn't any time frame of 6 month's ever discussed. The next statement removing siding, I removed 1 piece of siding on the bottom row between 2 doors that was approximately 2 ft. long and asked if they could replace it. As far as saying the job was done "improperly" it was and I will be relying on PROFESSIONALS to confirm that. Mr. [redacted] should never assume what his workers have said unless he is standing there, because they did tell me "In the business this is considered GOOD ENOUGH".Mr. [redacted] also told me that he would get this job done to my satisfaction, but absolutely NO attempt has been ever made. The pictures that were taken are from 50ft from the home, and from that distance or farther it looks wonderful. But we also have pictures of 10 ft. or less away from home and those don't look very good at all, Mr. [redacted] may have some nice pictures from far away but we are stuck with the HORROR of the real thing. As far as the 3 new construction type windows that I installed, there isn't a warranty problem 2 of them were improperly manufactured at the factory ,so it is a manufacturer defect from new. As far as intimidation with a gun, we live in the country and have a large number of free range chickens, and have a predator problem , and when I'm at home I carry a .22 pistol ,which in no means can be construed as a threat. Once again Mr. [redacted] would find that I could be satisfied if he would attempt to do so. Sadly we are forced to retain the services of a reputable contractor to repair all of the poor quality work that has been done, and take legal action for reimbursement for the cost of this work. I see the word satisfy many times in Mr. [redacted] statement, obviously he dose not know the meaning of the word. [redacted]

I contracted with WW of Paducah to remove and install 43 windows in my apartment building in early 2012. Even today, 1/21/14, they are not complete with their work. Mike Trout states the items remaining are warranty work. I informed him that missing latches on windows and poor workmanship is not warranty.

Without 100% completion of the work, Mike Trout charged my credit card the outstanding balance. I considered file suit, but decided against solely because I never desire to speak to him again. His arrogance and lack of responsibility is astonishing given the fact he is still in business.

He commits a great deal of money towards advertising, so this must be the reason he still remains in business. Take this from a contractor, do NOT do business with Window World. Visit your local lumber yard or large box store, they will stand behind their work and get you a better product.

We spoke to Mrs. [redacted] on Friday November 3rd regarding the issues that she was having. [redacted], the owner, resolved the complaint with Mrs. [redacted]. Mrs. [redacted] was rescheduled due to weather the first time of her orginal install date. We immediately put Mrs. [redacted] back on the schedule, however the installer was late to her job. We have discussed and resolved all issues. Going forward Mrs. [redacted] has decided to take the complaint off, and we are going to order her two new additonal windows at no charge and install them correctly. This is not how we do business and we want to prove this to Mrs. [redacted] and give her the customer service that she deserves.

[redacted] has spoke to Mr. [redacted] and the customer has agreed to waive the lifetime warranty for the windows, and receive a refund of $750.00. The customer will pick the check up on Friday 10/24/2014.

In response to the settlement on my complaint ID [redacted], I believe I deserve a full refund of $880. Two days of pay for my husband is $357.14 and the kennel cost for two days is $50. The missed event the evening of install due...

to their extreme tardiness, exposure to an employee urinating, images on the employee urinating on my security camera, my numerous phone calls and voicemails (most unanswered), false advertisement, delays due to Window World, and overall stress from the unprofessional behavior equals the remaining balance of $472.86; totaling $880 refunded to me.

first of all they never cantacted me,I called them.and [redacted] was rude and hatefull.said they would not warrenty windows because they were installed improperly.well I paid them to install them and they are the ones who did shabby work.and the wood they say needs to be replaced is a one by that doesnt even need to be their.its just a way to charge me more money.if they want to make me sign a waver to void warrenty then I want my money back for installation.I dont even see how they are in bussness.they have been to my house twice and both times have messed up.and they are not going to make this look like my fault.its all do to their bad busness practice and workmenship.if they will reimburse me the 750 and half of the installation then il sign their wavier.if not ill see them in court.

The agreement I made with the owner was, I will wait for Window World to install two new windows completely free of charge.
