Wouldn't honoring an agreement with an individual also be doing what is right for the broader membership of the organization as each member would also appreciate honesty and integrity? Or do you believe that what is "right" is to lie to and mislead your customers?

I am rejecting this response because:They did not even begin to answer the charge I have leveled against them I was not ever a memberThis is another charge made by a disreputable institutionBut that's okay, I have contacted the FTC, and am soon sending a letter of complaint to the MN Attorney General's Office as well

I already tried to talk to these people and they refused to work with me in fact one got hostile at me and the other refuse to do an investigation trying to claim I authorized the transaction which I did not

We do not need member specifics involved. Answered by a Wings attorney's written letter, her words clearly outline the service "rules" they adhere to, but that is contrary to what was provided. Her words disposition me purposely, rather lets discuss a new customer. Whom opens an account said checking and savings with 20$ or minimum in the savings that is required for it to remain open. Said customer doesn't show activity for six years, and on the sixth year why does Wings close this persons account automatically, stated, inactivity for six months causes the account to close?
