They have reached out to me, and after months of back and fourth we have come to no solution. My statements from Wings state I do not owe what this department says I do, and it never matches up. I have been charged with over $150.00 of late fees that I should not have been as well as them reporting things to my credit that I was 30 days late. Non of which should have happened

initial opening of my savings account as justification for taking $20 per month WITH NO ADVANCE NOTICE because the account was "dormant." This would have resulted in the loss of my entire savings had I not caught it in time. They refused restitution in whole or in part for this predatory practice.

This is unacceptable. "while Wings always works to do what is fair for individual members, it must balance that effort with doing what is right for the broader membership of the organization."  Wouldn't honoring an agreement with an individual also be doing what is right for the broader membership of the organization as each member would also appreciate honesty and integrity? Or do you believe that what is "right" is to lie to and mislead your customers?

We have received your letter dated November 21st. However, as previously stated we will not be providing information to the Revdex.com without authorization from the member. We will be working directly with the member to address the complaint.   Thank you,
