I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  First of all, if Customer Service was such an important matter to this company, they would not have told me every time I called that "it's now in the queue to issue a refund and to call back in two weeks".
Second, today is the 7th of November and the response states that they have issued a check on November 12th and it could take 15 days to get to me. 
I have only 10 days to respond to this case matter being resolved or not.  I will change my response to resolved once I actually receive my refund.  It took this company .5 seconds to withdraw the money from my account and almost a year to refund it?  I don't think so.  Customer Service... Hmmmm. The complaint still stands.
