Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service, products, and policiesThey trick customers into enrolling into a scam that automatically charges your credit card for products you have no idea you signed up for and do not wantThey should have a very transparent and clear ooption for enrollment, but they don'tThen their customer service reps are so unfriendly...their bad attitudes most likely come from the fact that they have to deal with angry people who feel duped by this companyAfter a frustrating experience with a customer service rep, I asked to speak with her boss and was put on hold for more than minutes, until I finally gave up and hung upNEVER AGAINBUYERS BEWARE!

I too, have had the same issue as you below since mid March first of AprilI can still not access my account onlineI have contacted the "Corporate Escalation Team" and they tell me that Tech Support has to fix it They also try to get me to "call in"nothat's not a solution to the problem It's ridiculous They charge enough for their product that this should not be an issueespecially not for THIS long EVERY time I call in, I get the same run around Cancelling my service and taking my son to the dermatologist and will be done with it So annoying They sure take their money as fast as they can, but they can't get their "tech support" to fix problems I would not recommend them to anyone after this experience with Proactiv + If there was a rating below negative, I would choose it times ten I cannot even tell you how many phone calls I've made to the company, and submitted an email to corporate Do not use this company!!!!!

I was a loyal customer of Proactiv since I used their facial wash religiously once a day since the twice a day was too harsh for my face Being that I only used once a day I only required one delivery about every months In March I called to change the configuration of my order and the rep said my acct was closedHe forwarded me to a different priority customer service center and I was told that just one week prior someone had called to say that all my orders were being charged to their credit card, and that it was fraudulentI was shocked someone could just call in and make such a statement and that Proactiv would immediately close my acct without contacting me to verify what was going onDid they not see that I have been with them for years? And would whoever called not realize prior to now that they were being charged all that time for MY orders??? I told the customer service that I was in fact being charged for my own orders, and that I had just been charge in February for my orderI had received a shipment in late March, before all this happened, and turns out it was not my usual order, it was the new customer promotional pack seen on tv with the little scrubber Where did my original order get sent to??? I never receivedAnd, the customer service person kept saying she could not re-open my account and that my account had red flags all over it as being questionable Every time I asked a question she refused to give me any information regarding MY OWN ACCOUNT and spoke to me like I was someone who did something wrong Shame on Proactiv for not treating a long standing customer better than this and not even notifying me via phone or email that there was suspicious activity going on involving my account I left my cell# with the rep and asked that a supervisor call me back regarding this but to this day have not heard anything from anyoneI used to be proud to tell people I use Proactiv and I would get compliments on my skin But from now on if I hear anyone mention Proactiv I will tell them the horrible service I had from themI will switch to a different facial cleanser

This company as is listed in the Revdex.com many times has a practice of offering a day supply of product at a reduced rateThen they automatically bill and start a day supply to the same account without most people knowing that it has happened
The day supply is billed separate payments
This is not a very reputable way of getting cash in their pocket

My 15-year old son established an account and was sent at 90-day supply EVERY MONTH along with brushes and lotions he didn't want Proactive did not help a young customer structure an order with reasonable product volumes to suit personal needs (revenue maximization was the apparent priority)
I contacted Proactive customer service to: (1) stop the monthly charges and shipments; (2) re-confirm he wanted only the acne medicine (not ancillary items); and (3) we don't want any new product for months (we were overstocked already)
Two months following my conversation, my credit card was charged over eight times for product we did not receive I called my credit card company to prevent future charges and dispute the additional charges Shortly thereafter my son received a notice from their collection company My mistake for letting him conduct business with these vampires There appear to be many Revdex.com complaints relating to Proactive's billing practices

I have been using WEN products for over three years I swear I feel my hair is thicker and shinier than it has ever been You have to use the product as directed and rinse thoroughly I use the Lavender cleansing/conditioner and also the I also use the mousse in the shower on WET hair
I buy my WEN through QVC and have not had one problem changing auto-delivery dates or canceling shipments I now buy by the gallon! That's how much I love the product

Auto ship program is the biggest SCAM I changed the frequency of my shipments twice, only to continue to receive shipments I did not want When I finally contacted customer service about an unwanted shipments, they actually tried to send me yet another one! Wen has obviously outaoirced their "customer service" function as I had to demand to speak to a supervisor in the U.S Was told there was an "issue" in their system with my account and hence the unwanted shipments The "issue" as I see it is scamming yoir customers into accepting sjipments not asked for I demanded that my account be closed and all further shipments stopped Supervisor told me all was taken care of and that I would not be charged for the last shipment Am now receiving past due notices in the mail Just got off the phone with yet another "supervisor", Kristi, who told me the only way to clear my past due amount was to send back the product from the last shipment
WHAT A SCAM!!! Product will be returned tomorrow and I will find a new Hair Care Company with scruples

TERRIBLE COMPANY! it's a shame it's a good product You just can't get it locally You are forced to use their mail order service, with automatic refilling I cancelled my account a year ago due to poor customer service Got an email for a great deal, though well give it another try What a huge mistake Offer was to buy oz bottles, get oz bottle and travel kit free When my shipment arrived, all I received was oz bottle and the travel kitI did not receive what I paid for, WTF Called customer service, demanded a "real" answer on what happened or I cancel again...Yep cancelled again, and made them refund my money WHAT A JOKE! NEVER AGAIN!

I initially ordered this product not aware that in doing so I was becoming a "member" of the Proactiv club. When you are a member of the club, your credit card is automatically charged and packages are shipped monthly. This was not clear to me upon ordering the product. As soon as I realized this, I called customer service and cancelled the membership. The representative I spoke with did not mention any outstanding balance. Months after cancelling, I see that my credit card is still being charged. When I called customer service, they confirmed that indeed my membership was cancelled, but that I was still paying for the initial supply of products, which was quite large with a starter kit. I was informed that payment was broken up into three installments. After these dealings with this company, I was left with the feeling that I was misled by the advertisements and that the first customer service rep did not communicate adequately. For these reasons, I would not recommend them.

I wrote, I called, I sent Emails,I changed banks to get them out of my bank. Even Chase couldnt get them out.
I decided to get their attention by not returning it, fed up with all the trips to the post office, no return label ever included.
That worked well . They sent me confirmation of cancelation but no return label .
I sent it back thru us postal and made them pay the shipping.
Now they are lying saying they didnt get it but I was sent confirmation
from the post officeNow theyre reporting me to credit collectors. JUST THEIVES!

I placed a one time order. Less than a month later Proactiv charged my card for another order that I never authorized. Proactiv claimed that automatic shipments was stated when I placed the order. Fortunately, I took a screen shot of the order I placed and automatic shipments was never stated.

When I purchased wen, the pricing that was advertised was not what I was charged; the product did not perform what it was advertised to perform; and worst of all, it caused a seriously bad reaction on my head in the form if a nasty cyst. I will never touch the terrible product ever again, I do not believe the lies they still advertise about this product and I would never recommend this product to ANYONE EVER. I am very disappointed with wen by Chaz Dean and I was never reimbursed, which I really believe I should have been.

I cancelled my proactiv account about a year ago. They continued to send me product and credit my account, even though I requested numerous times to stop. They kept debiting and crediting my account every time I called and spoke to one of their representatives.

Cancelling my account was such a hassle. I had to call about three times in order to properly cancel my account. I had to call five more times over the past year in order for them to stop debiting and crediting my account. I continued to receive notices from them through the mail and email about my account being delinquent because of that one payment they continued to credit/debit every time I spoke to a representative. I have never been treated so poorly by a company and have no intention to return to them in the future. In the end, I paid off the $75 they kept hassling me for. Their account representatives need extensive training because not a single one was able to resolve the issues with my account regarding the purchas history, the pick up dates for the extra product they sent me, and general customer service skills.

This is the worst experience of online ordering that I have ever encountered!! I called to check on the order of my status since I need received an email confirming my package had been sent. The women that I talked to were liars. They gave me false tracking information, false customer service reference numbers, false information about refunds and cancelation policies, hung up in my face, etc.

I started using Wen in April 2015. No noticeable change in hair, good or bad; until about November 2015. My scalp on the top of my head began itching so badly that I actually had my mom check me for lice. It felt like bugs were crawling all over. She did not find any creepy crawlers, but noted my scalp was very red and irritated. I then started feeling itchy bumps on the back of my head where my hairline meets my neck. At first, I thought maybe they were pimples even though I've never had skin problems there before. When the "bumps" were "popped" they became even itchier, very painful, and more like open sores that took several weeks to heal. I cancelled my Wen subscription in November 2015 and was surprised when the representative simply cancelled and did not try the usual tactics to retain my business; didn't even ask why I was cancelling. I was going to finish out the last of my supply, but with the reports coming in from others with similar experiences; I decided to throw it all out.

Ordered the product from their web site and during the whole process I had no idea I wan buying an on-going subscription. They often mentioned things about subscriptions but worded in such a way that it sounded like they were talking about a different product than the one I was buying. I took two phone calls to cancel the subscription.

I am a WEN customer since 2015. I discontinued ordering the product because I was not getting the results that the info commercial displayed, and felt like since I had already ordered three months supply on the debt system; I needed to see if future debits were worth it. I called the company and explained that I wasn't satisfied; because my hair and color results weren't like I wanted it. Because I had spent so much money on the products shipment and I was fairly new to WEN; I felt I should give it more time and see the results everyone else has one the commercials. Now, I regret that I have continued with this product. I have not had any better results. It was not until recently my sister who is a cosmetologist and previous WEN customer; told me that the severe scalp itching and thinning of my hair was probably due to the WEN. She told me those were some of the problems she too experienced. I was not too concerned at first, because I thought there was something I was doing wrong in applying the products that was especially causing the edges of my scape, hair line, top itch. I new there was a problem when It connected, that my nine year old daughter was scratching her head the same way. She would take the both of her hands and scream as she scratch around her hair line. I unfortunately didn't know I had a problem and our issues were connected until I noticed she has thinning edges and her scalp is very sore to touch and comb. I asked my sister what was the problem and that when she attributed both of our experiences with the WEN products. She said she stopped ordering it and refused my gifts of WEN several months for that reason. I get upset that my daughter most of all is affected by the allergic reactions to this products. I was never advised of any allergic reactions or problems. When I tried to call them the lady was very nice and that I forgot what I was calling about and because she was nice I didn't want to complain any further than the quality and color issue. She told me that another new product was better for color treated hair. I didn't want to order anything else; because I had just recently received three bottles at $29.00 each.. So, I figured after competing those last bottles ,it would be the end of my WEN experience; if I didn't have better results. But know I'm upset and feel stupid trying to follow a info commercial product hyped up by actors. It may have worked for other people; just not for me and my daughter. I feel bad also because I referred others to use product and hyped it because it was famous and better than store purchased hair products.. Although, I don't ever remember having such a problem like this. Nor seeing my scalp like know. I want to call WEN company and report my experience; but I don't want someone trying to sell me something else. I feel bad because I don't know what I've done wrong to get the results. I like the company for overall experience; hair feels good when wet and curls are pretty. Don't want to tarnish image of company; but I think customers should be aware. Please check these products out. I used the pomegranate and Sweet Almond Mint.
