1. "PLEASE STOP CALLING ME...."
Upon completion of this reply, I will have Mr***' telephone numbers removed from our records. There will be no further calls made to him in relation to this $*** account owed to *** ***.
2. "REMOVE THE CHARGES FROM MY CREDIT SCORE"
The balance due is for services rendered from *** ***. These are valid charges and will not be removed from Mr***' credit report. In the conversation with our representative on 10/18/12, there was no dispute of the balance owed and no mention of identity theft. However, if Mr*** feels that the account we have in our office is now a product of his identity theft, he is welcome to notify our office of such via mail or he may call our office at 601-355-or toll free at 800-391-
