Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Calls were received at 7:59pm on Tuesday, March 4, 2014, and at 7:57pm on Thursday, January 2, by the companyThese are two out of many calls received outside of the times stated in the response aboveFor the last two years, this company has been calling three and four times out of the weekAs a person whose identity was stolen back in July of 2011, even the credit card companies and collection agencies tied with them didn't call as much as this company and even then I didn't find out about them until September of Not to mention, a resolution to my complaint was not even addressed in this responseI got out of the hospital on 3/10/for the second time only to be bombarded by calls from Smith, Rouchon & Associates maybe days/weeks laterI called the number back because I didn't know who it wasI don't save bill collector numbers in my phoneThey didn't leave a message, I didn't respond with one eitherFrom that day, the number was blocked from ringing, and that was over two years agoI would like a resolution to this issue soon Regards, [redacted] ***
