[redacted] has returned our vehicle and has taken back her original vehicle The lease was cancelled Thank you

My wife and I were in the market for a commuter vehicle in order to use for her daily work travels and save the life span on our newer vehicles We found a Volkswagen Jetta Wolfsburg Edition at this dealership with 88k miles in pretty good condition being offered for $7,which is not a bad deal I went and looked at the car on evening and was happy with it except it was missing the Air Intake Duct, Air Intake Hose, and a few other small components to the Air Delivery System While not overly expensive this could cause a huge issue on a car with turbo Funny thing is they didn't even know until I pointed it out and it had also already went through the mechanics So I told them my wife would be back the next day to see it, drive it, etc I briefly covered how we would be trading or older Chevy Malibu and would be happy with $for it and our cap was around 8k since we already have two 2014s with 24k and 36k miles We dont need extravagant, we needed practicalHowever come the next morning wouldn't you know the price was now $8,990.00, well above market value I texted the salesman to see about them honoring the price that we received the day before, that we also saved screen shots of ;) Of course I was told that was what they owed on the vehicle, which I find hard to believe a dealer giving more on a traespecially that much above market value He also went on to say how good of a deal it was??? and that KBB was for entertainment purposes! In between my befuddlement and head scratching I was polite and referred him to the industry standard of National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA)....ever heard of it??? Funny thing, clean retail on NADA says the cars worth $7, which I would have been ok with even though, again, its missing half the air intake A word to anyone reading this, be very careful of where you go and who you deal with At this point we are taking our business elsewhere, possibly Delaware Cadillac in Wilmington, their prices reflect whats fair market if not better on both KBB and NADA Do not trust a dealer that doesn't use NADA, because the State of Delaware does and so do reputable dealers Seems to me that since they knew what I wanted to spend and factored in getting my trade in they bumped up the price Otherwise, wouldn't they have contacted me as a courtesy and said, Oh our bad, we screwed up the price and what you saw was wrong......hmmmmmm

I do not accept the response made by the Winner Ford to resolve the issueI am suppose to take the vehicle back to the the service department to have the check engine light readDuring the time the vehicle was in the shop the check engine light went back offThe service providers stated that the code could not be readThey also stated to bring the vehicle back when the check engine light comes back onI believe we should receive our full deposit back from this vehicleWe have had nothing but problems from the beginningWe have had to put a lot of money into fixing this vehicle after speaking to the sales representative, sales manager, service manger before *** * (whom is new and was told nothing could be done until I made contact with Revdex.com of DelawareWinner Ford was fully aware of these issues and would only replace the battery because it continued to leave me stranded and corrodedI had to go back and forth to get that taken care ofAfter changing the battery I was given the report of the check engine light and was told by the service manager and the sales manger the potential of what could happen if I did not get it fixedThey also explained I had to pay for it myself and they could not do anything about itI explained to the managers that the van was driving rough and taking a lot of gas which they stated that having this problem could cause thisWith it being a very long period later I am still putting my gas in the car then I would have to if this problem was corrected when noticed in the beginning This is my third vehicle with this company and I do not feel as though I was treated with the customer service I deserved to have been a loyal customerIt was not until after contacting Revdex.com of Delaware that I started to receive some helpThis issue should not have gone this far without assistance or help from Winner FordI would like a full deposit returned to me and my family

We investigated the incident claiming damage on the customers car. We did not find any facts supporting that the damage happened here at the dealership. However as a good faith customer relationship position, we have approved repairing of the customers vehicle in our body shop at no cost to the...

customer. I have instructed our service manger to arrange this with the customer.Winner Ford Hyundai Management Team.?

This has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had. The customer service is absolutely terrible, George in service did not care what so ever about the situation. Getting ahold of anyone was impossible, I left voicemails daily and no one would ever call me back. I took my car in 3 times for a week a time and they still can't figure out what is wrong with my car and never bothered to call me and let me know. It is insane. And George refused to give me a name and number to call corporate.

The fact that Winner Ford Hyundai has repeatedly referred toan "investigation" is laughable. As I found out from the manager,[redacted], post writing my original Revdex.com complaint there are, in fact, nosurveillance cameras. The "investigation" (and I use this termloosely) consisted solely of asking the employee(s) who worked on my car ifthey damaged it. As I said in my original statement, they are not credible sourcesas they would have something to lose in telling the truth (disciplinary action, post accident drug screen). They have completely disregarded the notes of theinspection and walk-around completed by an employee prior to my car beingserviced which shows absolutely no damage to my car upon drop-off  because it doesn't suit them. They are fixingmy car because they are legally obligated to and not for the sake of customerservice, as they referred to. I tolerated being called a liar repeatedly by themanager, Mr. [redacted], and I was more polite than he or the company as a wholedeserved because I knew upon viewing the surveillance video of my car arrivingundamaged and the side being bashed in the day I picked it up would vindicateme. I now know that footage never existed and the investigation I was relyingon is a joke set up to serve only them. I find the fact that they do not havesafeguards in place to protect not only the customers' property, but themselveslegally and to hold their employees accountable disgusting. I will be removingthe Winner emblem from my car. I am ashamed to have previously been a long termcustomer.

I offered to work with [redacted] and his daughter in locating them another vehicle that will fit both their needs and budget.  [redacted] has accepted the offer and we will be discussing other options over the next serveral days.
I am looking forward to working with the [redacted] family and finding resolution to this situation.
Thank you.

I experience the worst customer service from the sales manager at Winner VW in Dover. My experience was great with the sales associate until I had to deal with the sales manager who was just awful. There was no customer service provided by the manager and he was very dismissive. I walked out of the dealership with my check in hand after I was given one option by the sales manager to rewind the deal if I am not happy.

Regards,

My wife and I were in the market for a commuter vehicle in order to use for her daily work travels and save the life span on our newer vehicles. We found a 2010 Volkswagen Jetta Wolfsburg Edition at this dealership with 88k miles in pretty good condition being offered for $7,990.00 which is not a bad deal. I went and looked at the car on evening and was happy with it except it was missing the Air Intake Duct, Air Intake Hose, and a few other small components to the Air Delivery System. While not overly expensive this could cause a huge issue on a car with turbo. Funny thing is they didn't even know until I pointed it out and it had also already went through the mechanics. So I told them my wife would be back the next day to see it, drive it, etc. I briefly covered how we would be trading or older 2005 Chevy Malibu and would be happy with $500 for it and our cap was around 8k since we already have two 2014s with 24k and 36k miles. We dont need extravagant, we needed practical. However come the next morning wouldn't you know the price was now $8,990.00, well above market value. I texted the salesman to see about them honoring the price that we received the day before, that we also saved screen shots of ;). Of course I was told that was what they owed on the vehicle, which I find hard to believe a dealer giving more on a trade-in especially that much above market value. He also went on to say how good of a deal it was??? and that KBB was for entertainment purposes!. In between my befuddlement and head scratching I was polite and referred him to the industry standard of National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA)....ever heard of it??? Funny thing, clean retail on NADA says the cars worth $7,500.00 which I would have been ok with even though, again, its missing half the air intake. A word to anyone reading this, be very careful of where you go and who you deal with. At this point we are taking our business elsewhere, possibly Delaware Cadillac in Wilmington, their prices reflect whats fair market if not better on both KBB and NADA. Do not trust a dealer that doesn't use NADA, because the State of Delaware does and so do reputable dealers. Seems to me that since they knew what I wanted to spend and factored in getting my trade in they bumped up the price. Otherwise, wouldn't they have contacted me as a courtesy and said, Oh our bad, we screwed up the price and what you saw was wrong......hmmmmmm

[redacted] has returned our vehicle and has taken back her original vehicle.
The lease was cancelled.
Thank you

I have reviewed the complaint with our sales team. Mr [redacted] was informed that to qualify for the $1000 rebate from Hyundai you must do a retail purchase. A lease with Hyundai does not qualify for the rebate. The attached form shows the disclosure from Hyundai and has been sent to Mr. [redacted]. Hyundai Motor credit does not lease cars to Uber drivers for obvious reasons, i.e.  ware and tear and mileage issues. We can not issue a rebate to a customer that the customer does not qualify for. I hope this clarify's the issue.

Sincerely,
