I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.  However, the business has made statements in its response that are not accurate.  The business stated that I had failed to show up for an appointment where they were going to discuss the refund.  I had cancelled that appointment weeks prior to its schedule,(the appointment was only to look at the 2 crowns that were placed), and even after I wrote a letter to the business terminating my relationship with them, and demanding a refund, they did not respond or send me a refund until they received the complaint I filed against them with the Revdex.com.
