We take full responsibility and apologize for the errors made and have since refunded the customer for the incorrect items in full as well as issued store credit and covered shipping expenses for the customerAny items the customer received incorrectly does not need to be sent back

Yes the company reached out to me to fix the issue but at my expenseT***, the representative from the said company, said "Help us help you by paying to have it sent back to us" when I asked him how much that will cost me he said about dollorsI thought okay he called me he is trying I can do that, well the cost was dollarsI was told that for a company the rates are different then for me as a consumerI went ahead and sent and then contacted the company in hopes to getting at least part of that cost returned to meWell no such luck T*** was very apologetic but there was no way they would be able to reimburst me for my added expenseHe went on to say what a great product I got for such a great priceI was to upset to ask would that great price be the I originally paid or the plus the added expenseEvery other store I ever dealt with through mail delivery has included a paid return l***l with my purchaseWell let me know Revdex.com if the expense should go to the consumer or seller for shipping g feeInstead of selling paintball gums they should sell air guns, hot air that is, because that's all the company rep G*** me was a lot I of BS

We have refunded the customer in full for the amount he paid for the item in questionWe sent a replacement item as the one he received orginally arrived broken and when he received the replacement item, it too arrived brokenFor this, we issued a refund for the item for the inconvenience
We are more than happy to accept the item back and have already issued return information to the customerWe will be able to re-assemble the marker for the customer and ship it back for freeThe fact that the customer took the marker apart and is now missing items, does mean we will need to
replace the missing items for the customerThat being said, an additional charge for the items will need to be accounted forWe will be reaching out to the customer again to get this resolved

We are awaiting the guns arrival to resolve this issue for the customer as soon as possibleWe have yet to receive the gun and are attempting to contact the customer for tracking information to track the item
I am rejecting this response because:The paintballs were covered in the tiniest bubble wrap possibleAlmost all of the bubbles are poppedIt is the responsibility of the seller to insure a product makes it to a buyer as depicted when the item was purchasedThey are not delivering on their contract, as a seller, to supply the customer with what was agreed upon when the item was purchasedThey are blaming the shipper for their poor packagingI should not have to wait for then to figure out what then problem isI didn't purchase around a paintballs; I purchased I did not receive paintballsTherefore they are in breach of the contract stated earlier.? We shipped the package to the international address using the USPS First-Class International service the customer chose when placing the orderIt is the cheapest shipping method and is still in transitAttached to this response is a screen shot of the USPS tracking information showing that the
package is still in transitUSPS does not have any guarantee's and if the package gets returned, we will reach out to the customer right awayWe apologize for the late response as we were hoping the package would have arrived by now but at this time, the package is still on its way to the customerIt is not uncommon for packages to get held up at customs and is always a good idea for the customer to contact their country's customs department to see if this is the case
All of our items have a warranty and we ask that all of our customers contact us immediately with any issue they experience with any item they purchased directly from our siteWe did not receive any information from the customer until after they had the item rebuiltWe are reaching out to the
customer to come up with alternate resolution
We have since resolved this issue and sent the customer the missing productWe also replaced an additional item that the customer was experiencing issues with and covered all shipping charges
Attached are two photo's taken from the order showing the amounts we charged/refunded and shipping information showing tracking numbersOn the original order the customers ViewLoader Marker Care Kit was empty so we replaced it on the 31st as shown in the picture attachedSince the replacement item arrived empty as well, we issued a refund for the itemAlso on the order, there was an issue with the pants he orderedWe upgraded him to a pair of pants that were $more and waived the additional costAll refunds and charges are correct as shown on the attachmentAt this time we do not see a reason to continue with this complaint.?
