This is in response to the Revdex.com complaint filed by a previous client The client contracted our company to perform the service of “research” to determine which legal services she would be eligible for in the State of MichiganWe have proof of this in the form of a signed contractual agreement, and the total amount of these services was $300.00, not $as the client has claimedWe processed her case, created a file, and granted her access to our online portal Next, we submitted and paid for records requests with various state agencies in MichiganAs we were awaiting her records, we had been communicating with the client – primarily by email – and offering responses to questions, clarifications of the legal process, etcIt was made clear to her that the $payment was for legal “research” to confirm her eligibility by comparing the records we received to the laws of the State of Michigan After multiple requests for records, we received the information necessary to make a case determinationOur Michigan attorney then reviewed her records, and came to a legal conclusion as to which legal services she was eligible for under the lawWe relayed this information to the client, and gave her the option to sign an additional contract to complete a legal service in MichiganThe $would have been further attributed to a new, full contract amount, had the client signed on to complete an additional legal serviceThe client expressed her intent to sign on for further legal services – and that was relayed to a representative in our billing departmentUnfortunately, due to a bit of restructuring within our customer service software, there was a short lapse of time in reaching out to the client to sign on an additional contract for servicesThe client did not communicate with us, nor did she inquire about the status of her case within this timeframeRather than contacting our office to resolve things amicably, the client began to make claims against our organizationFurthermore, the client made threats to pursue legal action, attacked the character of our business, and expressed personal insults against our employeesThese actions were in breach of the contract we initially had in placeTherefore, since we completed the services we were contracted to perform, coupled with the uncooperative behavior of the client, we conveyed to her that the terms of our contract had been fully performed and all services were renderedThus, payment received was fully earned by the firm, and she was terminated from further representation as a client

Mr***, Thank you for your review of our serviceWe appreciated the opportunity to represent you and complete ALL services promised in the service agreement that you agreed to and signedOur records indicate that your service was fully completed and that you requested to have
additional services completed at no additional cost, which was not part of the original agreementWe then offered to perform those additional services at our actual cost, with zero additional markup, in good faith to help appease your situationUpon discussion of this option with you, our lead expungement attorney noted that you screamed at our staff and cursed at her repeatedlyOur notes further indicate that we have had multiple conversations with you regarding your case and we have made every attempt possible to be very reasonable in addressing your complaints, but you were trying to get work done for free that was not part of your service agreement with the firmYour service was completed in full and we did what our contract with you promised we would for the price you agreed to payWhile there clearly was a misunderstanding at some point along they way, we have tried within reason to help your situation. While WipeRecord makes every effort to treat all clients with respect, unfortunately due to your multiple inappropriate interactions with our staff, it has been very difficult for us to work on finding a resolution to your complaints. Due to the fact that WipeRecord services many clients, we obviously will have occasional situations where a client does not have an A+ experienceWe will always go out of our way to mitigate these situations, but in some instances there is little we can do, especially when the client is disrespectful to our staff, using vulgar language, etc. If you would like to see what other clients have to say about our service, our reviews can be seen here ***). Furthermore, if you would like to further discuss your experience with us, we invite you to contact us at ###-###-####, but please bring a professional and respectful demeanor. WipeRecord Team

Mr*** engaged our services on April 19, 2017. He signed the Firm’s standard engagement agreement. Work on his case commenced immediately. Mr*** made monthly payments until he was paid in full in June. Our office performed significant work on his case,
including gathering necessary records and drafting all pleadings. The Firm maintained regular contact with Mr*** throughout the duration of his case. His pleadings were mailed to him for signature in early AugustOnce received, his case would have been filed and ready for completion. Mr*** informed our firm on August 22, that he wished to discontinue services. It was explained to Mr*** that we were happy to disengage services; however, he was not due a refund for the legal fees he had already paid per the terms of the Engagement Agreement. The Firm had performed substantial work on Mr***’s case at the time he requested discontinuation of services. The legal fees were retained as compensation for services rendered thus far. Mr*** is receiving a refund for the amount of filing fees he had paid because his case was not filed. We understand that Mr*** was upset that he did not receive a refund; however, the Firm must be compensated for the services that we had rendered up to the point he decided to terminate services. The legal fees paid by Mr*** were reasonable and fair as compensation for services that were rendered. A copy of Mr***'s signed agreement is attached to this emailWhile we try to accommodate and treat all clients fairly and with compassion, we also need to be cognizant of those who wish to take advantage of us and determine where to draw the line on things such as refunds and payments, etc. Please let me know if there are any additional questions. *** ***

This is in response to the Revdex.com complaint filed by a previous client. The client was signed on for services, which our firm did render.  Specifically, we filed his court petition, but received a response from the State that he was not eligible for these services under the law. We communicated...

this result to the client, and offered a partial refund of $700, since we already rendered services in the form of reviewing records, drafting court petitions, having them approved by our attorney, and filing them with the court.   The client was told that a refund would be issued, within the timeframe set by our company-wide policy.  His refund is being addressed in the order it was received.  Furthermore, the client’s claims that he cannot get in contact with anyone is false. We have records of his constant communications with our representatives, mostly in the form of numerous emails. The client continues to contact our office regarding his refund, looking for some sort of update on it. We’ve relayed to him several times our refund policy, and have also confirmed several times that a check will ultimately be issued.  There is no further information to transmit.  We will be issuing this client a refund check according to the appropriate timeframe allotted by our billing department.

Mr. [redacted], I have attempted to reason with your business on several occasions. I have been very reasonable and respectful. It seems that it is Wiperecord that is unwilling to budge or compromise when it comes to customer service. I have attached Ms. [redacted]’s email address, she has the proof of my attempt to reason with her, and her uncompromising manners.

This is in response to the Revdex.com complaint filed by a client. The client's frustrations with our service has since been resolved, as his case has been filed and I have talked with him numerous timcs in the past week. The issue with our staff was explaincd to him, in that the previous paralegal working...

on his case quit our firm due to an injury she sustained, Since then, his case has been handled diligently by another paralegal. The client visited our offce in-person, and then followed up with him again over Lhc phone (again within the last week or so), that his case would be filed and move forward accordingly.Since the client's case has been filed, and it is being by the appropriate court, there is nothing more for us to do. Again, I believe everything has been amicably resolvcd between our firm and the clicnt, and so hopefully this complaint can be settled.Respectfully,EASrMAN MEYLER, PC[redacted]

This is in response to the Revdex.com complaint filed by a previous client. The client indicated in his complaint that he was told a refund would be issued in 30 days. That is not our policy, and I have no record of that ever being relayed to him. We have since issued a full refund in the amount of...

$420.00, and a check was sent by mail to the client’s address. This was confirmed to the client as well, and so the manner should now be fully resolved.
