My IPhone 6 broke and I needed a new one. I went to a Verizon store thinking it was a reliable company and that they would help me and not rip me off. When I got to the location the manager was the salesperson who assisted me. I went there thinking I would upgrade to an IPhone 8. I am elderly and do not know anything about phones. He told me that you are not going to be able to use the IPhone 8's much longer and that they don't even sell them. He then tried to sell me an IPhone 11 that I told him I could not afford. He tried to tell me I could finance it for $30.00/ mos. I told him I did not need an IPhone 11 as I could barely figure out how to use the IPhone 6 I had before. He talked me into buying a Samsung android that was on sale for $400 but told me I had to finance it. He then told me I needed to purchase the $190 ready plan to get the phone set-up, which included a liquid glass screen protector. He sold me a Tuff case not telling me that it also came with a screen protector. When I got home, I realized the android did not work like the IPhone I had originally requested. I was upset and told my daughter that I made a mistake. She told me she would call the store to see what we could do. My daughter told him she could order an IPhone 8 off Apple’s website for $449. He finally agreed that I could bring the android back & pay the $35 restocking fee. He called my daughter back within minutes of hanging up with her and told her he found an IPhone 8 he could order for $441 through Verizon and he would allow me to return the android and wave the $35 restocking fee if I went in today to pay the taxes for the new phone. When I arrived, he told me he could not find any IPhone 8's to order in from Verizon that they were all out of stock. He then tried to talk me into the IPhone 11 again and was not letting up. At that point, I told him I just wanted to return everything, he gave me a refund for the android but would not return the $190 ready/accessories fee & charged restocking fee
