Failure to render services to quote/expectation A shipment was quoted at day transit time but was still not delivered days later Countless hours on the phone across dozens of calls since day only provided verbal reassurance that the delivery will occur the following day but them more excuses followed day after day They lost the shipment but then found it right after the truck left, etc., etcand not until day did the actual shipment arrive Despite the company admitting to the delivery failure, SE Freight refuses to credit back any part of the shipping cost and charges the full rate that was supposed to provide a day delivery I believe it is the company's intention to attract customers with quick delivery times on quotes even though they are unable to fulfill these expectations This is a dishonest practice that imposes an injustice upon the public and I believe SE Freight should be held accountable for this

Southeastern freight lines has not delivered my shipment despite appointments with them with no resolution offered to deliver Southeastern freight lines was used by vendor to ship a tool purchase to my residential address So far, appointments to deliver have been made, and they have not showed for any of them, nor contacted me after each missed appointment to resolve I have had to be the one to contact themEach time to try and get delivered, but just get apologies and a new appointment again and again My last contact with them, they said I'm on a "no truck" road and offered no resolution I have been in my home for years and regularly receive shipments from other freight companies without issue Not sure what to do....they have my purchase and will not deliver it

I called Southeastern Freight Lines representative MsKristen L [redacted] (hope I wrote the first and last name correctly) on Tuesday, March 20th about re-scheduling deliveryMsKristen mentioned difficulty to understand my EnglishI had never before today, any complains about my EnglishI am proud American citizen for years, originally from Ukraine, and yes, have some accentI am a Senior Informational Technology professional and used to organize and lead technical meetings, give presentation to the number of people and call to vendors all around USAI believe customer representatives have to deal with many customers, some with an accent, some soft speaking or have local dialectIn any case the customer representative MUST be trained to communicateThere are many ways to ask people to repeat or speak more clearly avoiding any offensive or sensitive remarksI had some cold, so it can be also a reason to understand me clearly but it had nothing to do with my nationalityI am really disappointed with Southeastern Freight Lines service

Absolutely terrible service...a day shipment was still not delivered days later and each day I am told the lost it but then found it and will deliver the next day, only for that not to happen Finally got the shipment delivered on day after dozens of phone calls and wasted hours but SE Freight refuses to credit back any part of the shipping cost...I suppose this is just business for them I will never use this company again and hope the above feedback saves some readers from experiencing the same hardship and disappointment that I had to endure

I ordered two front fenders from Salvage in *** the fenders were for a Nissan 350Z When the fenders arrived by Southern Freight, one of them was damaged I filed a claim and sent all supporting documents, also sent information where the company said they were in mint condition when they left There were multiple scratches on the fender, which was proof in the photos I sent on the condition of how they arrived I have to have one of the fenders repainted, which will cost $ Even thought the fenders were used, they were not damaged when the seller packaged them, as from the photos I sent, the damage was at all the area where the wrapping material was torn/ripped I received a check from Southern Freight Lines for $stating that they were used and gave on cent a pound, and it weighted 40lbs Even though the parts were used, they did not have any other damage, only damage was at the area where the packing wrap was torn in shipping I paid $to have

I recently had Hurricane damage to my patio To prepare for Thanksgiving, I ordered replacement panels for my patio roof The company that provides these panels rolls them into a tube shapes and wraps them Well there was damage Clearly something heavy ran over the panels There is no way to see the damage until it was unwrapped at my home
Because of scheduled rain, there goes my big family Thanksgiving this year Accidents happen and can be expected What was not expected was the total disregard by Ed M*** at Southeastern Freight claims departmentShort of having photos of them running over the package, he refuses to help resolve this matter It isn't about the $plus shipping costs to replace the broken panels It is the horrible customer service You shouldn't have to gamble with your money when you use Southeastern Freight They will do everything possible not to pay you I believe the company I bought the product from will stop using Southeastern for Miami deliveries

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in years of dealing with carriersMissed delivery date, tried to make up for the incompetence by getting nasty on the phone and refusing to move the issue up the ladderI had to call corporate office to try and resolve; shipment ended up being days late and cost me $for contractors waiting on equipment to be delivered
