Southeaster Freight Lines mistakenly delivered our shipment to our competition which has a similar name and is located nearbyA six weeks later, we are still waiting on a formal apology from Southeastern Freight Lines, and a refund of shipping charges I literally had to send my team out, in the rain, to go retrieve our product Which of course cost the company additional labor, delay in receiving the merchandise, and hassle
They actually delivered this to our main competition, reveling our supplier information, cost, inventory make up, and quantitiesThis constitutes a serious breech of privacy
More so than the mess up, SEFL has failed to handle this disaster with graceI have been promised call backs from the legal department, which have never been madeA complete fail

We were charged a $deposit for a room on 12-5-We are still waiting for a refund three months later after contacting the owner several times
We rented two rooms for the night of December 5thAt the time of chethe owner said he needed my credit cardI thought he was charging the room to my debit cardTurns out he was charging me a $damage deposit for the roomsThe next day after we had already checked out I realized I had already paid for the rooms when I booked with my credit cardMy husband called the owner and he said it was a damage deposit and that it was just a hold on our account and didn't actually go through our accountWhen I checked our bank statement a few days later I saw that it WAS debited from our account on 12-7-
We have contacted the owner by phone numerous times and each time he says it is not his fault but the fault of the company that takes care of these payments

This company called and scheduled a delivery for 05/22/between 12:00pm and 4:00pmI received a call around 1:30pm on 05/22/from the delivery driver stating that he is in a big truck and unable to access the property, I advised him that they delivered several time before to this property and no issues were encounteredThe driver stated that he will have his boss call me and ended the callI never heard back from anyone until 05/23/2018, when at 8:00am I called them to see where is my deliveryI spoke with a manager *** whom stated that they will try and deliver today, I told him that we had the plumber paid and waiting for the delivery yesterday ( we ordered a sink which needed to be installed)***'s response was ' there is nothing I can do, we will try and deliver today' and nothing else
