I would like the Revdex.com to understand and note that the consumer gave a credit card deposit on Saturday which is considered a none business banking day. The credit...

card transaction that the consumer made on Saturday does not enter the Merchants bank account for 2 business days. I am referring to the consumers deposit to the merchants account. We have refunded the consumers deposit on 03/05/2014. Which is reasonable time allotted. We can not return a deposit that was given as a debit card. We can only return it as a credit to the consumers bank account. That is not our choice that is how the system (credit card machine) works. I believe we have made restitution in a timely manner. I would like to thank the Revdex.com for the opportunity to respond to the customers concern. A refund was issued to the consumers credit card on March 25, 2014, an attached copy of this refund has been provided for the Revdex.com records.  The consumer left his deposit on March 21st which was a...

Friday.  The funds from his CC do not appear in the companies acct for 2 business days which would have been on the 25th of March. When this was noted the office then refunded the customers CC.  Once again thank you for the opportunity to answer the consumers concern.

changed a price on a customer.  Our internet prices are clearly marked and description is in bold print.  The price was clear to you and your spouse before any transaction took place.  You sold your vehicle to us for cash back and you paid what we were selling the vehicle for.  If you have a question please come in to discuss in detail and we can assure you that we can clear up any misunderstanding.

I am rejecting this response because:I was out of the country on those dates and am away until early August, as already mentioned to [redacted] or whatever, and others. There are other ways to contact me than calling and not leaving a voicemail message. By email, for instance, or through the Revdex.com.Because Wiz Leasing contacted the repair dealership, they'll already know that the final bill for my car repair was $7011, and that does not include almost $1000 for a rental car for two weeks, plus missed work time.Wiz Leasing can contact me here if they wish to. They will need to promise full financial restitution, not just a couple paragraphs about how they "tried to help." I'd even be willing to take my missed work out of the equation and round the total down to $8,000.

Again I would like to thank the Revdex.com for opportunity to respond to the consumers concern. We have refunded the CC of the consumer and I have attached a copy of it with this email. We have no control over the consumers bank as to how long it takes them to release refunds into the account.  Please see attached paperwork. His deposit was given on Saturday it takes 2 business days for purchases to appear in the merchants account when deposits are takes on Saturdays Sundays or any Holiday, Our office must make sure that all monies have cleared the accounts before issuing a refund. Mr.Scarlett's account was refunded in a timely manner.

and asked her to come into the dealership to see the video scan of when the vehicle
arrived at our dealership and the stamp date to prove that the tires that are
on the car are the exact same as when we purchased...

and when the customer
purchased the vehicle.  We also offered to give the customer our cost on
desired Pirelli's and she said she would get back to me.  Customer has not
contacted dealership to date. Thank you again.

I know the car had Pirelli Tires on the initial inspection, and that was one of the main reasons for selecting that car ..The dealership did not offer to replace the Nexon Tires(I had never heard of this brand) with Pirelli's , but would give their dealers discount..average cost of 25.00-30.00 per tire.. What I need is the RO showing what was included with the car..My mistake was not taking a photo of the car initially, and not taking a friend as a witness..

0in 0in 10pt;">Since Mr. [redacted] had purchased this vehicle we have addressed his problems up to date .After a long process of repairing multiple problems he had expressed an interest in trading out of the vehicle. Wiz told him that was certainly an option and Mr. [redacted] was pleased with all the effort put forward by myself and the Wiz team.  He was out of town at a funeral and would be contacting me when he returned.  He also commended that we stood by our vehicle.  We have yet to hear back from Mr. [redacted] since he asked about trading the vehicle.  All conversations were via text and the last one prior to this complaint was Wednesday Nov. 2 1016 at 11:53am.   He asked if I was working that day and my reply was yes. I never heard from him again.  All text messages are recorded and I can furnish them by request.  Please let me know if you need any further information.

I am rejecting this response because: I NEVER received a reply from the company! And they are incorrect in the attached email they did send you. I did ask of they would take lower fee for the car. The sales person said let me find out for you and I will call you in the morning on monday. He NEVER said that rates change on sundays nor did he mention to the manager that I told him well if the owner does not want to let go of it for cheaper then let me know I can be here Monday afternoon with the cash. And even at that time he did not say price may varry!  The wiz leasing had no access to computers Sunday when I was there and that is why the sales man didnt take my cash nor could he tell me if the can had been inspected yet by the wiz... He would call me Monday am to let me know what was going on. AND I NEVER GOT A CALL FROM HIM. So when I called he then said the owner said no to the lower price and my reply was ok well I will be down still this afternoon with the cash for the car and that is when he told me that wiz had raised the price.

We have been in contact with the customer and have reached an agreement and understanding as to the repairs needed on her vehicle. I would further like to say the at NO time was the customer or the other...

person who was driving the vehicle told to continue to drive the vehicle if it was smoking e.g. overheating,making noises or check engine light came on. Nor would we give that advise to any customer.  We value our customers safety and and the safety of others. That's a lovely narrative, but doesn't address any actual problems.
The fact is the Wiz Leasing, whether aware of it or not, sold me a lemon that broke down and needed a $7000 repair two weeks later. I did not have the car towed to the ferry so it could be transported back to Wiz Leasing at my expense because that is totally unreasonable. Why pay hundreds to return a vehicle for service to a dealership I don't trust in the slightest? If Wiz Leasing actually wanted to help, they could have arranged transport themselves. They also could have follows up with me themselves,
Regardless, the bills are in for the repair and rental car. $7,011 for the repair, $6,400 for lost work, $600 for rental car, and $800 for delivery expenses that would not have accrued otherwise. That comes to $14,811. For a $19,000 car. Two weeks after buying it.
Wiz Leasing should pay this bill or offer some sort of financial settlement, not just another story.

This is not an acceptable response. Of course we haven't come to an agreement! WIZ Leasing has offered absolutely nothing besides excuses. They can continue to contact me through Revdex.com email until this is properly resolved.
They still owe me $7,697 ($7011 for the repair and $686 for a rental car for two weeks)--and that is being generous by not including lost work time and expenses for deliveries I would have otherwise picked up myself.If they continue sending "sorry not sorry" messages in which they try to explain away their indefensible business practices, I won't hesitate to take legal action.
