Company advise that the very day that the consumer had called and said the starter didn't work, she was able to get it to her local mechanic out of town who said that they recommended putting in a new starter of $Company paid the consumer for the starter and while they haven't spoken with them directly, they do see the payment was made

I have already repaired the vehicle at my own expense, and fail to see how this solution helps me at allI was not able to wait for Schoepp Motors to offer a solution, because my vehicle needed repairs right awayI have spoken to numerous mechanics that have informed me that my rotors were resurfaced, and shouldn't have beenBecause of this, I also do not trust this business with my vehicle, and have no intention of letting their mechanics work on my vehicleThe only option I am willing to accept is reimbursement for the repairs.

A new windshield was installed in her vehicle this morning at no cost to her.By the way, this decision was made prior to my receiving this complaint

The customer says she is coming in today to speak with us in person .

We still have the old tires that we replaced for Ms***The tread depth is approximately 4/with dry rot between the treadsShe consulted with her husband and agreed to settle this by replacing the one old tire that we damaged and the three others with brand new tiresHer service bill
was over $She paid half,$400, as previously agreedLater,she called back and wanted to change the agreement. We sent her a check for $After we agreed to do that for her, she filed a complaint with youIn a nutshell, she received over $worth of goods and services for $We essentially paid her $for an old worn out tireIt seems, that no matter how far above and beyond that you go to help, sometimes it's just not enoughFour brand new tires and and an oil change in exchange for one old dry rotted tire? We have settledthis matter twice alreadyI think we have been more than fair

He also said it was my fault for not getting enough oil changes that my car was failing which is not trueI have two mechanics who say otherwise and reviews that says Impalas are known for this failure. A little later I found some cars on there lot that could fit into my budgetI went inside to ask for an invoice for the carsAnother man, I did not get his nameRefused to give me the invoice info on the cars saying I now need a car with $400/month paymentAgain I explained why it wouldn't works and he replied with: "I don't want to hear your sob story." He also insinuated that I was not a good mom because my kids were sitting in the unairconditioned waiting roomHe was also badgering me with questions and not allowing me to answer them. I also asked for Scheopp's mechanics to look at my car to verify what I am saying and they refusedI was told that they did not want to be liable for the repairs. We spoke directly with him regarding a fuel pump failureHe arranged for the repair and we mailed him a check to cover the expenseHe is very satisfied

did approve her request (on Tuesday morning as discussed) to return the vehicleI am confused as to why she filed a complaint.I spoke to her today and she is bringing it back tomorrow evening and picking up the car she traded in, which we held for her. *** ***
