Have been using Wolfgang's Cooling and Heating for over 15 years and have only good things to say about there professionalism and service. Cody was just out for semi annual checkup and was great to work with. Excellent company and technicians.

Just had Wolfgang's out for a Hvac system checkup. The technician, Chris B, was right on time and explained the issues with my units in non technical terms. All of our experiences with Wolfgangs have been positive and I do not hestitate to recommend them. In fact, I do not intend to ever use another HVAC company.

Chris arrived on time and was very professional. He gave me an understanding as to how my equipment is doing. He is a credit to Wolfgang's.

Justin W. was out for my bi-annual service review. He was both profession and courteous as always. Being a construction project manager I have worked with Tim, Jerry and the entire installation crew on multiple projects. They are proficient, expert and always strive to provide the highest degree of excellence in the installation and application of the HVAC systems they provide.

We have used Wolfgang for at least 2013 and appreciate the good service we get from Wolfgangs. Most often we have Cody who does a great job; today's bi-annual service was performed by Chris who was just as good; and Del Ann & the office crew are always helpful when I call.

Chris B. was right on time and took the time to explain issues with my 2 units. Wolfgangs always carries any parts I might need on their trucks. Chris was courteous and he wore booties inside to protect my carpet which was much appreciated!

Chris B. was very efficient and asked if I had any questions at all with my maintenance checkup.

The office notified my that they may be late due to traffic. This was appreciated. In the end, they were just 15 or so minutes past the time expected.

Mike was prompt, courteous and professional. He called to let us know when he was enroute and arrived when expected. He reviewed the results of his inspection with us and discussed his recommendations.

Wolfgang's has been great to deal with on all fronts since I purchased a new ac unit 8 years ago. Most recently I have had some emergency situations come where the unit stopped working on 2 different weekends and Mike Stout (Service Tech) has been able to get to the house and take care of the problems right away. He has also explained everything very well and helped put my mind at ease. John Pisani (Sales) has also been very helpful. I have recommended Wolfgang's over the years when people ask for a good and honest ac company.

Chris B. Is a very efficient, polite and professional when he services our heating and AC unit. He always has helpful ideas to make the unit work properly and at it's best!

came over today 7/12/17. He was professional and did his work in no time at all. I asked a few questions and he helped me adjust the thermostate. My unit is only 1 year old so no problems! We of course purchased unit from Wolfgangs!! We have been with Wolfgangs since the ORIGINAL "Mr. Wolfgang" was alive and my Father was his accountant. We would not go anywhere else. Thank you Justin and Wolfgangs for your service.

Yesterday my air conditioning went out in the middle of the night. I called wolf gang's cooling and heating in the morning and they sent Chris B. out within a few hours! He was very helpful and efficient with his work. He had everything up and running within 20 minutes. I was relieved, as it was far over 100 degrees outside. Chris was kind and helpful; he did a great job!

We just had Chris service 2 HVAC units for us again. We always find him to be very knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. He's thorough in his work and never tries to sell us anything we don't need. We've been using Wolfgang's for years and have never had a complaint about them. Chris and his company are great!

The is a review of Chris B. an A/C service tech. with Wolfgangs Heating and cooling.
He was very plesent and professional. He gave through explanations of our options and costs. He displayed a deep understanding of the equipment and it's challanges. We had three units to inspect, diagnose and in two cases repair. There was a lot of work involved. I appreciated the detailed explanations. It was a top notch experience.

Wolfgang Cooling and Heating is a great company. From the time you call for an appointment , and then your service appointment. Everyone is extremely professional , courteous and friendly. Chris walked me through everything that he is doing, from changing filters to cleaning my outside units. They always show up when promised , with a call ahead to let you know they are arriving in 20 minutes or so. They should be the only cooling and heating company you should use!!

Wolfgang's has been servicing our refrigeration units for about 6 years and they do a fantastic job from the scheduling to the servicing. Cody the service tech came out right away on one of the hottest days of the year to check our units and make sure we would get through the heat wave. He is always professional, knowledgeable and courteous and takes the time to explain things carefully. We can always rely on him and the entire team at Wolfgang's to take good care of us!

This company is much more competent than their competition!! after having another company come out and check our system and claim there is nothing wrong with it 2 different times I had reached out to my neighbors via next door and was told I should give Wolfgang's a try. The next day they sent out Justin W. which did a complete house check checking the temps in every room and finding a Freon leak in the attic at the air handler. and the system was low on Freon. Our current system is a RUUD (only 7 years old) and now we are switching to a Trane again by recommendations from our neighbors.

We received excellent service from Chris B. at Wolfgang's. I highly recommend him and everyone else at the company.

Our technician today, Mike S, was professional and did a great job. I have always felt like my AC System is in good hands with Wolfgang's Cooling and Heating and now also with Mike. Thanks for a great job!

Bought a Trane unit 7 years ago, and experience with Wolfgang's was super. I get the unit inspected yearly and this year they found a freon leak from the coils and said the unit was underperforming. Cody came today with new part a installed it. He was terrific. Explained everything well, was patient with my questions, courteous, professional. Everything was covered by warranty. We love a company that does what it says it is going to do and stands behind its products and truly believes in good customer service. Thanks Cody and the rest of the Wolfgang's team!
