PLEASE BE VERY CAUTIOUS ABOUT USING THIS COMPANYI have been a customer for over a yearIt is okay if you are in a jam and can pay off the loan in the first installment like a usually doLike most customers I do not have great credit, I work hard, and I am a motherI received a loan to help with car troubles on 08/4/for and then another for on 08/24/to cover rentI am called a VIP customer, and so called received the best ratesIn the past they have not lumped these loans together and I would be able to pay one off completely at a timeThis time they placed both loans togetherSo total funds I received was Since then I have made payments totaling and only has went to principal loan balance when I called today to see how much it would be to pay off my loan I still owe THIS IS WRONGI have already paid the initial they loaned me plus extraI hope no one ever has to go through this in a jamBE CAREFUL CALL A FRIEND FOR A LOAN MAKE A PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT DON'T GET STUCK

They are a big scam to tremendously get over on people there interest rates must be 50-80%I got a $loan and its costing me dang near $2,They take out $for this particular loan every paycheck in which $is only going back towards the balance, which they say is in the itty bitty fine printThey say I have more payments of the $payment leftso do the math with me $85*29=$2465, and all I borrowed was a measly $PLEASE PLEASE don't use them it is not worth it, all the money that they are taking from your account is ridiculousDO NOT let them keep taking advantage of yours, mines, and others emergency situations***DO NOT GET A LOAN FROM THEM***

We are in
receipt of Mr. [redacted] complaint dated 2/03/2016 regarding the above
referenced case number with account number ending in 0987. Our records indicate that we issued Mr. [redacted] a loan in the amount of $400 on 12/09/2015. As of today, we have not
yet received any payments for this loan from Mr. [redacted]. As a courtesy, we
are willing to waive all finance, late and NSF fees and settle the loan for the
principal amount funded of $400, which will result of Mr. [redacted] paying back
only the actual amount that he borrowed.
In addition, as clearly indicated in its website disclaimers
and the loan documents executed by Mr. [redacted], Bright Star Cash is a tribal
limited liability company established by and for the Lac du Flambeau Band of Lake
Superior Chippewa Indian Community pursuant to tribal law.  Both our
website and your loan documents explain this fact clearly.  As a sovereign
enterprise, Bright Star Cash is not subject to state regulation.
By signing the Loan Agreement, Mr. [redacted] agreed to the
application of Lac du Flambeau Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indian Community
law. Mr. [redacted] agreed to comply with all of the terms and conditions of the
Loan Agreement upon execution. Bright Star Cash relied upon his representations
in good faith and approved the loan based upon such representations.

Ms. [redacted] has always been an excellent customer of [redacted] LLC - Bright Star Cash. Bright Star Cash prides itself on delivering outstanding Customer Service, and we always work with our customers on repayment plans.
We highly apologize for the inefficient handling of Ms. [redacted] account by this particular employee as it is certainly not representative of our service. The issue has been addressed with the employee, and Ms. [redacted]
balances on both of her loans has been waived as a courtesy.
