We are In receipt of the complaint dated 7/08/2015 regarding Ms. [redacted] related to the above referenced case number. On 7/8/15, we received an email from the customer revoking ACH authorization on her bank account, which we immediately honored.
Ms. F[redacted] has offered to repay...
the outstanding principal balance of $111.50 in 3 Installment payments, which will equal to her repaying back the principal that she borrowed. As a courtesy, we will accept this offer and waive the finance fee.
