Dear *** ***,UGI received a requests for discontinuance for July 18, 2016, for the property at *** *** **, Harrisburg. UGI attempted contact on that day, but there was no answerA message was left for the customer to call and arrange access to lock the meter. To date there
has been no contact from the customer. The customer will remain responsible for service while the account remains activeOnce access is provided and the meter is locked the account will inactivate, and the customer will receive a final bill, which will include the company's tariff charge for the shut off and lock of the meter.Please feel free to contact me if I can be of any further assistanceRegards,Rose W***

Hello [redacted], Please be advised that this matter has been addressed.? UGI? completed? some temporary work until the sidewalk? could be repaired, pending the permits and the PA one call clears.? The? concrete is scheduled to be installed by 6/10/16, and the top soil and seed will follow after the sidewalk sets.? We anticipate that work should be completed by 6/17/16, weather permitting.? ? On
10/a gas leak came into UGI for [redacted]First responder was sent and
also the fire department was notifiedWhen first
responder arrived the fire
dept and police was on sceneDuring the course of the investigation they found
the regulator to was malfunctioning and gas was coming out of the vent pipe
No one was at home and the fire dept found the kitchen window was unlocked
They opened the window and provided our serviceman access into the homeOur serviceman was able to shut off below the regulator to make safeThere was also a mercury
regulator in the basement which was removedWhen the minor arrived
home they were finishing the workThe foreman talked to the minor at that
timeThis was an emergency situation, and at no time was the home left unattended

& Thursday 10/at 8:amHe left messages and has not heard back from
