Steve C[redacted] from Woodfin performed a thorough plumbing inspection of my home. One thing I like about Woodfin and their employees is the respectfulness they demonstrate when entering your home. I have used them for years and have never had a less than superior experience. Steve held up to that Woodfin standard. He found a few things for me to consider, did not pressure me for a sale, left an itemized pricing report for my review. He had a wonderful sense of humor and even helped me with a refrigerator filter that I could not change since I had rotator cuff surgery and can't use my dominant arm well yet. Love this company.

Just had a quick and easy repair done on my A/C by Robert. He explained everything well and was a really nice guy.

I had my bi-annual HVAC check-up by Woodfin and was very pleased with the experience. The technician assigned to my inspection was named Robert (33) and he called 30 minutes before getting to my home in the pre-scheduled time and was very professional with his work and answered all of my questions in a laymen's term for me. He fixed a problem in one of my units by changing the quick recovery time from 90 minutes to 60 minutes and it quieted the unit done very nicely. I have had these checkups done for the past 6 years and I have requested Robert to do for me from now on. Thanks for having this person on your TEAM Woodfin......He is an asset !!

This is our second visit with Jesse H[redacted] (209). He is beyond fantastic and very knowledgeable. He found a major problem with an outside electrical line that cause an electricity outage in our hose. He had to come back because the job would require another technician and materials. I cannot tell you what a rough job this was, yet he had a smile of his face and never gave up. We were 100% pleased with his service and personality. He re[redacted]y interacted with us and this is extremely important to us. Hats off to Jesse - he is the BEST. Anyone can contact us for a recommendation.

I had an AC emergency this morning (Sunday). I called Woodfin about 9:15AM; they had a technician at my home by 10:30AM and had the problem fixed by 12 Noon. Absolutely terrific service.

James W[redacted] came out to give our heat pumps a Fall review. He was very courteous and efficient. He found a potential problem that we could have been faced with months from now. What a great guy! We have used other Heating and Air companies in the past but will only deal with Woodfin from here after and request James!

Jaye provided a comprehensive assessment of our electrical system and provided a detailed report of his findings and recommendations for additional electrical work we would like in the future. He also took the time to install a light fixture and corrected an issue with the box that was not originally installed very well when the house was built. He showed us the issue and resolved it properly, committed to doing the job right.
Will call on Jaye for future needs and would certainly recommend his services.

Thorough plumbing inspection

Robert was thorough, competent and courteous. A very nice fellow as well.

Robert A. and the other technician joining him, Lucas H., did a fine job removing the old hot water heater and installing a new one at my house. Explanations and answers to my questions were helpful. The men were on time, & the quality of the job seemed to me absolutely professional I rate the quality of the job as 10 on a 1 to 10 scale where 10 is the best. The only shortcoming, and a minor one at that, is that the floor around the heater was reasonably cleaned up at the end but not quite as blemish-free as the floor was after the installation of my new gas water heating boiler a week or so earlier by a couple of other men from Woodfin; the floor was adequately cleaned after the water heater installation, but the men who installed the boiler left the floor impeccably clean.

Adam G. serviced my home furnace/boiler today as part of my maintenance agreement. He was prompt for the appointment and professional in demeanor and appearance. After servicing the equipment in an expedient manner...taking care to wear protective 'booties' shoe covers when walking through our home to adjust the thermostats at all zones...he explained to me what he had done as well as his appraisal of the condition of both the heating unit and oil tank that he also inspected. I was very pleased with his service. Also, the office personnel with whom I had set up the appointment had been very cordial as well.

Brian is outstanding at what he does! Always on time and willing to go the extra mile with the homeowners. I work with Lifestyle Home Builders and have always had a great experience with Brian. He works very hard and I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Excellent service today. Harley did annual maintenance to both our oil furnace and A/C, covered everything meticulously, was a cheerful young man and we would rate the service excellent.

Our furnace stopped working during the coldest week in the winter. We called Woodfin and they responded the same day. They diagnosed the problem as a faulty thermostat. They were able to replace the thermostat within two days. We are now comfy, cozy for the Christmas Holidays. The repairman, James, was extremely polite. He demonstrated the new thermostat and gave me some extra tips on keeping the system working. He was also very efficient. Also, the initial repairman, ChrisD was very helpful and efficient. I am glad we have this company helping us.

Brandon was very polite and professional. He did a very good job!
