Matt was professional and very helpful. I had no issues during the time he was at my home performing service to my furnace.
I also had dealings with the Woodfin dispatch team, Dina was extremely helpful and professional.
I would recommend Woodfin to anyone.
On 10/5/2015 Patrick M, an electrician, was called to our house to fix some electrical outlets. Not only did Woodfin address the issue on the same day, the electrician they sent to us was probably the best I have ever met. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. Woodfin always takes our issues serious. The staff and technicians are wonderful! If we need more electrical work done, we will be requesting Patrick M again. Thanks for everything Woodfin!
Chris was very professional, polite and friendly.
We are new Woodfin customers, and our first experience with them is excellent. James S. was our technician for a heat pump check up. He was professional and personable. He did the check up and explained well the only problem he saw. We hope all our experiences with Woodfin are this good.
