This customer was advised in the same manner as everyone else in the program. When customers, Mr*** *** included, purchase eBooks from us, a trial is included with their purchases a free 7-day trial to our REI Secrets Society training databaseThis program includes live Q&A calls, forms, guides and moreAll customers purchasing the program are advised at purchase that the trial comes with the product, and are sent a link to the training center After the trial period is complete, customers are charged $97/month for continued access to the training materials and live training callsCustomers are advised about this via a personal phone call from our staff as well as with multiple emails we send them during the trialThey are also advised that they can cancel at any time and that refunds are not available for previous charges These policies are in our terms and conditions that must be agreed to at the point of saleThe policies are printed on every order form we use for all of our products, including all eBook productsCustomers are reminded via multiple emails, sent daily during the trial from the moment they purchase the eBook, as to how to cancel as well as the costs and benefits of ongoing membership They even get an email on Day of the trial to let them know that their trial is ending and that it will become a membership, costing $97/month, if they do not contact us to cancel. This particular email includes our email address for easy cancelation; we send it two days earlier to ensure that recipients can reach out to us for cancelation in a timely manner

The customer contacted us after their trial was complete

I am rejecting this response because: I sent confirmation in writing to this company of the cancellation BEFORE the expiration of the trial and BEFORE they charged me and Mrs*** *** knows it The reaso

The customer was advised by phone and dozens of times via email about the trial and even told how to cancel, as well as how much the charge would be to sustain monthly membershipsTelling a customer how to leave a program, in very clear terms, both by personal phone call and by email is hardly an
underhanded business practice

This customer has done absolutely nothing with this purchaseHe logged into and out of the training center on the day he purchased the program only; he has done nothing moreHis claims are baseless, as he has invested no effort into the materialsHad he invested even a tenth of the effort spent arguing with us, he'd have completed the program successfully at this point

We are not going to use the Revdex.com for this matterThis customer just needs to wait for the time it takes refunds to process; dragging the Revdex.com into routine refund processing seems to be a waste of the organization's time. We trust that this matter will be closed out moving forward

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: The company did not advise me of a membership on the sales page of the product I purchased (I have proof), nor in the receipt that was sent for the $purchase that I made (I have proof), nor were there any e-mails sent to alert me to a trial membership (I have proof), nor was any login information sent if I was deemed to be a member (I have proof). The very FIRST indication of a membership was when the withdrawal of funds from my bank account was happening and the trial period was "reportedly" over. Therefore, there was no notification to me of any trial membership rules or conditions as REI Secrets, Increports. It is a malfunction in their software or purchase process or it is a complete lie and potentially a crime that is subject to reporting to the authorities. If this matter is not simply solved at this level with the refunding of the money withdrawn from my bank account ($97.00), I will pursue this matter at a higher and more public level.

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: When I purchased the book, I opted out of anything additional Additionally, what this company is failing to see is that I did NOT receive any emails nor did it go to any SPAM The first email I received from this company in regards to a membership was on the very same day and time that I contacted them report that they billed me for something I did NOT agree to.I expect a refund immediately

The eBook comes with a day trial to our training centerThis is made clear on the presentation where all eBook purchases stem fromWe even advise on the reiserets.com website to check spam and junk mail folders for program emailsIf customers ignore the trial, don't go to the website and don't
contact us to cancel, there's really no way to help themWe have many students who follow up with us before the trials are complete to cancel; this customer could have done likewise. We do not offer refunds, nor is the Revdex.com empowered to give refundsWe have cancelled this customer's membership in keeping with the polices that were set forth and agreed to at the point of purchase

This customer has been contacting us routinely regarding our policiesWe have advised her at great length about the program, our policies and cancelled her membership while giving her multiple study guides, exclusive bonuses and website accessWe have also advised her in email and on our website
that we do not offer telephone supportWhile it is truly unfortunate that Ms*** chose to squander an opportunity by throwing out training materials and ignoring multiple emails, there comes a point where the customer has to be held responsible not only for the terms and conditions that they agree to but also for the consequences of their decisionsWe wish her well and hope that you will dismiss this matter

This customer agreed to specific terms and conditions at the point of purchase and has been advised by supportHe has also been given the same remedy as everyone else: cancellationIt seems absurd to ask the Revdex.com to circumvent policies customers agree to

We have emailed this customer and advised him that we do not provide telephone supportSupport by any method is still support

The terms and conditions still apply to all orders

I am rejecting
this response because: Their statement makes no sense"It seems absurd to ask the Revdex.com to circumvent policies customers agree to." This "Cavalier" attitude is evident in every response thus far. There was no agreeing to any policyI purchased the $informational product, they then took it upon themselves, without authorization to sign me up to their $monthly recurring charges for $a yearMy personal opinion is I see this as stealingI did not agree to any policy whatsoeverAnd when I request my money be replaced, they act shocked and ban me from ever buying anything in the futureVery unprofessional

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: The first and second business response did not address any of my comments about materials not being functional/delivered or the fact that I was charged twice and only refunded onceI do not see this as kindness but more a lack of engagement with the customer

The trial is part of our eBook programThis is offered with the eBook; it is not a standalone purchase. The trial reverts to a paid membership after days. Purchasers are aware of this, not only from the presentation where they discover the eBook, but via a personal welcome
phonecall from staff plus daily emails for daysAll contact attempts, phonecall and email, clearly explain to customers how to cancel to avoid joining the programIf customers ignore these good-faith efforts, it is not due to anything on our endAs the old expression goes, you can lead a horse to water but you can't make them drink...this is unfortunately the expression personified

This customer is attempting to use the Revdex.com to bully us into providing a refund for a non-refundable product.  As he has chosen to file a complaint before even giving us an opportunity to respond to him, we will do so here. Mr. [redacted] purchased an eBook from us on 5/17/16. The eBook came...

with a 7-day trial to REI Secrets Society, our flagship training program including a comprehensive online training center and exclusive live Q&A webinars with our company founder.  When Mr. [redacted] purchased the eBook from us, he used an order form which stated in clear terms that refunds were not available for charges for this program and provided with an email address to reach us to cancel before his trial was over or any time he wanted to leave the program. He was called by our customer contact associate and sent multiple emails fully disclosing the program, providing a detailed overview of membership benefits, advised as to the cost of ongoing membership and given the email address again to cancel. Mr. [redacted] did not contact us until today, informing us that he'd already filed a complaint against us and demanding a refund for a service he has every reason to know is non-refundable. His membership in the aforementioned program has been canceled pursuant to program policies. We respect the Revdex.com and trust that it is not intended to be used as a tool to blackmail or bully merchants into violating terms and conditions that are agreed to outright by purchasers. We trust that this matter will be closed accordingly.

I am rejecting this response because:l only purchased...

six figure flip because of the life-time full money back guarantee for the programhow can a student learn and earn when half of the material is not working properly inside the program?this has left me dissatisfied with the program, and the email support is horrible l sent in 3 emails that l nevergot a reply to. The program is not work $1495 again the material inside the program is non functional. Then l just found out today by my bank l was charge $97 back on 9/25/15 that l was unauthorized bynetcentric publishing.
