This customer was advised via email that her refund was granted as a courtesy exception to a non-refundable product. Using the Revdex.com to exploit kindness speaks poorly of anyone; we hope that these efforts are seen for what they are.

This customer is well aware of the program policies; this is an "enroll and earn" program, not an "enroll and refund" program. Simply put, this program is very easy to do if a student choses to do something with it.

We are not sure why this customer believes that the Revdex.com processes refunds for merchants. We are also not sure why customers who agree to clear policies regarding non-refundable products use the Revdex.com to try to circumvent policies, but we're confident that your organization is no stranger to these...

kinds of unscrupulous activities on the part of customers suffering from buyer's remorse and gives them little regard.

I am rejecting this response because:The seller needs to review what WAS purchased and the upsells which were DECLINED.  There was NEVER any authorization or agreement to any upsell.  If I chose to not read an email or chose to NOT REGISTER for an upsell, that is my choice. The seller needs to review the emails that were sent to me and be held accountable for their actions.  The initial contact was on Jun 28th for a $5.95 "FREE" Digital download, the next contact was Jul 6th when I was charged for something I did NOT authorize.  I did NOT request access to their website/material, I am requesting a REFUND of $97.  Since no one answers the phones, I was attempting to contact the business.  I sent an email request for a $97 refund that was denied for unsubstantiated reasons.  If the seller considers their material/access worth $97, that is a matter of opinion but not one that I authorized or agreed to pay.  This still is the USA, right?  What is the problem? The seller has no right to criticize my decision to NOT READ their email or to NOT REGISTER for their material/access.   I did NOT REGISTER, did NOT SIGN UP - send me a refund of $97, end of story. Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because: REI Secrets, Inc. is either stalling or just plain not getting it.  I completely understand what the company is saying.  What I am trying to get across is that the system did not happen like they believe it did.  In the offer there was no notification that there was a trial membership.  On the receipt there was no notification of the trial membership. There was no follow up e-mails telling me about a trial membership or anything concerning a membership.  IT DID NOT HAPPEN.  If it had I would have cancelled out in plenty of time.  My only notification was the bank debit of $97.00.  Again, it did not happen the way the company says it is supposed to have.  IT DID NOT HAPPEN.  What I want is the $97.00 refunded to me for a purchase I had no knowledge of and no authorization given for the funds to be withdrawn from my bank.  This to me is an illegal act to take money from someone's bank account without their permission.  [redacted]'s reputation is on the line here if I have to go to the law, the news media, social media, and joint venture partners.  Please note the emails I have in my possession prove what I am saying.  I was not notified of what the company says.  The company needs to make it right with a customer.

This customer has been refunded in full. There is no need for this matter to continue.

We are adhering to our own policies. It is unfortunate that this customer agreed to the same policies and is now using the Revdex.com to attempt to circumvent them. We trust that these measures are seen for what they are; transparent efforts to shirk contractual obligations after they've gone ignored.

I still have the email and would post it when I figure out how.I also called them at [redacted] and left a message that if I did not hear from them in two hours  was going to start complaining.

I am rejecting this response because: first off they don't even have my name correct. And the claims that they are making are not true I have called them every day and that company has not answered the phone or returned messages that I have left. This company I found out after I started business with them has the worst reviews of people being charged for things they didn't even buy and now I am one of those people. They also claim to be great friends with the Revdex.com but have a rating of an f. So I'll continue to push this issue till it is resolved and to clear a misunderstanding up I am not using the Revdex.com for bullying I'm using them to get what is right and make known what needs to be about this company.

I am rejecting this response because:  The company did not comply by the rules it established.  Cancel unwanted and unsolicited membership before the expiration of the seven days which I did in writing, company received notification and charged me after receipt on the cancellation.  I contacted the company, sent their notification sent to me as proof, and the company still refused to refund their erroneous charge.

I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] Today at 15:35First off, l did log in on the first day. doesn't mean l wasn't using the program l still was able to use six figure flips without logging into the program, thats why there isn't any record after l bought the program of me logging into the system except on that day. That doesn't mean l wasn't trying to use any of the material that you never fixed [redacted] what happen to the whats deal pdf that YOU NEVER FIXED????? HUH? YOU LIED ME! YOU TOLD ME you and your family was moving, but you never fixed it after that. l was still on six figure flip l just didn't login in because there was no need to the material is still visible without logging into the program you should know that. So again there wasn't a need to doesn't mean l did use the site. Do you really think l would spend $1495 on a product and use it but one day? how immature does that sound? like really be smart about your words. In the module 2 fix 2 of the training videos goes blank halfway through the video did you know that ms hilary? probably not! What legitimate business hides there monthly subscriptions inside there terms of service? That should be out where consumers can know what their buying into. Not hiding at the bottom of a term and services. Also, l'm very aware l never submitted a deal well duh that's because you never fixed the whats deal pdf that way l would known what [redacted] wanted in a deal. l wanted it to be correct before l submitted any deal. The material on the site as l was saying isn't working on some of them training videos in the modules. This left me very unhappy being that l spent $1495 on this program. Also, if l have of known there was a monthly subscription fee l would have never agreed to buying six figure flips as l don't know how my finance might match up in the future. Also, if l would have seen those Revdex.com complaint before l purchase six figure flip l would have never touched this company REIsecrets. As l stated early l was still able to access the material on six figure flips without logging in doesn't mean l wasn't on the site trying to use the material so l know you wouldn't have records of me being on the site except the date of purchase. What screams red flag is not being logged into a site and still seeing all the material as if you were logged into the site. Now honor your refund of my investment l have proved my point and refund me my money of $1682 Now!!!! [redacted] l wasn't happy with what l put my investment into this program was misleading and deceptive. l l felt on my own in the program with no live phone support at all l sent [redacted] a voicemail he never replied to me. Everything about the company screams RED FLAG!!!! send my refund now or l'm filing a complaint with the FTC and l do have sustainable evidence to prove my case. Send my $1682 in total my $1495.00 for my initial investment and $194 for my two unauthorized charges of the for REI secret society which is something l never agreed to enroll into.

We have very clear policies. And no person deserves to be treated poorly; we have closed this matter on our end.

This customer is well aware of the charges. They have been duly notified, via phone call and detailed emails, about the charge and have had multiple opportunities to prevent it. A customer's inaction does not translate to a company's fraudulent activities.

Services were not received to my satisfaction. The number of programs for purchase on the website were poorly organized, links were broken for the probate letters, and only 2 basic introductory recordings were accessible. I was charged 2 separate payments and only refunded one payment with the statement that only one refund was allowed per year. I tried multiple times to resolve the matter outside of Revdex.com but was ignored.
