This system is not only more inexpensive than most, but logically works better than concreteThe time for adjusting a sunken driveway was done in a short amount of timeAND we could drive on it in less than a half an hour after adjustment Thanks to the informative team and the work they did We are soooo pleased with the outcome!
A very positive experience with Woods Basement Systems We had Woods out to check on some water seepage in our lower level After a thorough review of our situation, the Salesperson recommended solutions, one cheaper than the other The more expensive solution was to install a sump pump along the foundation of our house, which meant significant digging and a small pipe inside our house to push the water outside The less expensive solution, and the one we elected to go with had the Woods team bury some PVC piping from out downspouts out into our yard, away form the house that work was done yesterday in some soggy conditions, as it has rained for past days We couldn't be happier with the work done by Juan/Alex/Daniel of Woods Basement Systems They were very neat and careful with how they dug the necessary trenches to bury the pipe, and covered the trenches with grass sod they had dug up Couldn't be happier with their work and the professional nature of this crew from Woods Basement Systems!
I had Woods out in November of to fix my basement leak issue, I listened to the sales pitch and even though expensive went with their system because he said it is a lifetime solution for a dry basementDuring the consult I showed the salesman cracks in the wall and was told our system sits off the wall to catch water draining down the wallI had the work done in February because that was the earliest they had, I waited the month for the concrete to dry and then paid to have my basement walls put back together and dry walledThe first rain storm the walls began to leak again, I called the salesman and he forwarded me to service which took a few days to get someone to call meService came out and said I need a wall covering along with the gutter system because of the cracks which was never brought up priorWoods then said the walls would have to come back out floor to ceilingAfter weeks of back and forth on a solution we finally cam to an agreement and again waited a week to get scheduling to call meFinally Woods came out to do the fix work and yet again they had no idea what they were there to do so they had to call the office and get verification of the job scopeAfter confirmation they then began working only to tell us they could not complete the work because we now need an anti bacterial spray on the walls before putting up the barrierAgain we are back to waiting, as of today 6-6-we still have a basement that is half complete because Woods has zero communication skills as well as zero urgency to fix a problem they causedI will update this moving forward but I can't see anyway I could ever recommend Woods to other people, this review will be posted anywhere I can find a spot for it, hopefully it costs them a lot of money in lost sales
I feel your pain, I'm going through similar problems right now with them giving me the run around and not actually doing the work they promised and every time I contact them about it. nobody has a clue what is going on. This company needs to fix these issues or be pushed out of business by companies that actually take care of their customers.

We had a very rewarding experience with Woods Basement Systems on December 29th We purchased a [redacted] , which was delivered and installed in our basement as promised, by a very knowledgeable and enthusiastic representative of the company The representative explained fully to us the function, quality, and warranty regarding the product This was not our first experience with Woods Basement Systems Eleven years ago Woods waterproofed our basement, and it's been dry ever since, with no need for a service call in all of those years A very reliable company - we would highly recommend Woods Basement Systems for waterproofing and other services
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: While what the business has stated is true, they did try to come back in late December however the weather changed causing the new conditions to be made While this will correct the ending results, it still does not resolve the several attempts that were made to correct prior to this but to no avail It also does not correct the lack of professionalism on the part of the workers in not leaving us know when they left and the improper cleanup after each visit! It also does not make up for the constant calling to collect the balance of the bill since they stated the job was complete when it was not It still does not correct discussions with two managers of the company to try and resolve the issue It still does not resolve the issue that this has been ongoing since October and still not corrected It still does resolve the fact that the initial sales person for the company still has not contact us to try and resolve the issue Bottom line this company does not seem to be bothered by the customer satisfaction courtesy nor do they seem to have an in house communication system in which they are all on the same sheet of music and know exactly what is going on Knowing then what I know now, I would not have used this company and gone through all of the confusion, frustration, and time involved in trying to just have them perform the job that they were contracted for and agreed to accomplish in time and with the results to the wife's and mine satisfaction, for the money that we are suppose to pay! AFter interviewing six foundation repair companies , I'm pleased that I chose to go with Woods I had two different problems so they provided two specialized crews Both performed professionally and with an eye to detail and when they left their cleanup was wonderful and quite unexpected Woods set the bar for all the other companies and they came through I will recommend them to anyone wanting a quality job done right at a reasonable price
