My family and I stayed at your hotel, Hotel Corpus Christi Bayfront, in room [redacted] the night of Saturday, July 16, When we arrived at your hotel after dinner with my family, we entered to our room to an infestation of cockroaches in the bathroom I was shocked and disgusted by such infestation at a hotel located in the bayfront area As soon as we noticed the infestation, I tried contacting the front desk by phone, but was unsuccessful Not only did they not answer, I had to take the stairs after waiting minutes for your one working elevator After reaching the front desk, I was offered to look at another room for my comfort My wife and I went to room [redacted] to inspect the conditionsWe were surprised to find a room that was actually much cleaner than our current room, but still infested with roaches At this point, as you would understand, I was angry and upset not knowing what to do or what could be done at 12:a.m I knew that I would not be able to find a hotel wi

Hotel manager, [redacted] and hotel staff claim that they smelled cigarette smoke in my room after I checked out and charged my Credit card account in the amount of $ I did NOT smoke nor have I ever smoked cigarettes Unauthorized charges and unethical treatment was done by this manager and the fact that I haven't even been able to talk to her and only given a "gmail account to contact her which she has not even emailed me since the incident

We didn't like that we were told our kids, who are and 16, had to sleep in the same bed with us, the room was hot, ac not working, tv not working, mini fridge, not working, roaches everywhere, shower was filthy and had hair all over walls from previous guests, had to spend extra money on air mattresses for kids to sleep on due to room wasn't accommodated for a family of and for the price we paid, this is very unacceptable that we experience thisAll issues were addressed at check out since we didn't get anywhere with the staff when we checked in and no apologizes or refund were givenFor this we could have stayed in a better place with better serviceAnd how can staff tell me that my husband and I sleep in the same bed with our kids that's wrong, disgusting and just plain wrong!!!! Definitely will not be using this place ever again and we will not recommend this place either to anyone!

My husband and I booked a room at The Hotel Corpus Christi Bayfront for July 2-July 5th through the site booking.com Our credit card information was entered and our credit card was charged for our stay with a noncancellation disclaimer Upon entering the hotel, it was evident the air conditioning system was not properly working, as the heat inside was equal to that of the Texas heat outside, along with the odor of mildew and wet, animal permeating throughout We continued to check in hoping our room would be better and provide us relief from this heat and smell While checking in, we were told we must pay an additional almost $parking fee which had not been stated in any of the reservation information We immediately began to feel as if we were being taken advantage of, as we are senior citizens and not locals to Corpus Christi We paid the fee and.we're given our room key Entering our hotel room was a disgusting experience The air conditioning system in the roo

Night of terror! This place is not safe for travelers! We were robbed, someone cases the place and broke into the room or let in by a staff member after we left the room for minutesFront desk was zero help because no one walks around no security on site and no security cameras only at the front entranceCars were towed away even though you were staying thereCars are broken into again no cameras no securityThe front desk personnel did not offer any type of assistanceTwo of firearms were stolen when they broke into the room only with other valuables but they did not seemed the least bit concerned that guns were in unsafe hands in their hotel! They didn’t even walk the grounds after we called policeThis place is UNSAFE in every way! People roam the halls and you have no idea if they are guests or not because no one checksBEWARE of this place and it’s staf! CCPD was no help again guns stolen and no sense of emergency! I was told by the police officer “we pick and choose our battles”

This hotel is a disgraceIt has an infestation of cockroaches, and foul odors in every room, and should be closed for business until the resutls of inspections by the Health Depthave resolved these issuesHealth Deptinspections should be done on a monthly basis to ensure these issues do not re-occur

The hotel is infested with roaches I went down and told the front desk they offered another room but if one room is infested I am sure all the other rooms are infestes I have emailed the general manager times and no response Have called times and she is not in The second time I called the lady said that sonce they tried to compansate me with another room and I refused that I could not be refunded But I was not going to risk myself getting a roach in my ear and having to go pay more to a doctor to remove it

I am a paraplegic and I have never been treated so rudely , The front desk is Rude , I was told that I did fit in a regular bathroom and that they would provide a bath chair for me , I traveled all the way from Dallas Texas , No hot water , WATER ROACHES ELEVATOR STOPPED ON EVERY FLOOR MY GRANDDAUGHTER GOT LICE 4.NO SWIMMING POOL AS THE PICTURES SHOW you on the website ,

I recently booked a room at your hotel through booking.commins later I cancelled my reservation due to the bad reviews your hotel has received onlineToday I realized that you have a No cancellation policy because $was charged to my accountI called the hotel and was asked to call back when the *** was in, after 2:00pmUpon speaking with ms *** she informed me of the no cancellation policyI explained that I understand the policy but as a *** *** myself I believe that this is a bad business practice considering that the room was only reserved for mins and the hotel couldn’t have possibly suffered any lossThe room could have still been booked and the hotel could have still made moneyShe apologized that she couldn’t do anything as she has no authority to make exceptions to the policy and suggested that I get in

We booked our room on Hotels.com to find a pet-friendly hotel in Corpus Christi We paid in full prior to arrival, and we were aware of a pet fee and parking fee upon check-in After our departure our card was charged When the hotel was contacted they stated our room was "damaged" due to "pet hair in the room" This is completely unwarranted, and pet dander would not be something to charge damages to the room that was "pet-friendly" and the customer already pays extra to have a pet in the room due to the fact that a pet room needs additional cleaning The day manager *** was also called today and is rude, unprofessional, and has no customer service skills at all The general manager was emailed and yet to respond The day manager also said the general manager would not talk to me over the phone

I booked a reservation with the hotel through Travelocity before Hurricane Harvey for Sept09, for rooms I recently called both the hotel, and Travelocity to cancel the rooms since there is no point b/c of the weather/ repair/ scenery/ recovery I am being told that Travelocity insurance policy doesn't cover weather conditions only medical Both I and Travelocity's staff contacted the hotel to see if we can cancel with a refund I am being told the cancellation will be without refund I am wanting to cancel due to the obvious reasons Or maybe even take a raincheck for a later date this month with the same price Please help resolve Thank you
