I booked a hotel over at *** *** **It was for the date 06/17/17-06/18/I booked this hotel for one night on the website booking.comWhen arriving at the property I was given the roomAs getting to the room I noticed it wasn't the write room so I went back down to lobby to tell them I was given the wrong roomI got switched to another floorAs entering the second room given there was roaches crawling all over the bedI went back to lobby to inform them that the room was infestedThey gave me another key and as soon as I opened the door to that room roaches were all over the bathroom floorI demanded another room without roaches so they sent me back up to another floorAs I got into my fourth room roaches were crawling all over the floorI didn't want to stay there so I went back down and showed them the pictures I took of every room and demanded a refundIt was late and I was tiredI wanted to rest and enjoy my small vacationPerson at the front said manager coul

Hotel is extremely outdated, it is not clean, it has a bar on first floor with a live band that I could hear all the way to top floors Due to the bar patron traffic, it is not a family friendly location to stay, and I certainly did not feel safe staying there I felt more safe when I stayed in Guatamala The parking garage was dark and dingy, I felt very unsafe even driving through it I parked on top floor so I felt that I could see more happening around me, but there was definitely not enough light The AC didn't seem to be working in the hotel's main areas, however my room temp was cool The hotel was musty smelling, showed a lot of wear/tear and needing repairs There were hanging wires tacked up all around the registration desk area, very poor construction of things around showing exposed plywood My room had king bed with humps/indentions showing the extreme age and/or wear of the mattress I didn't touch anything as I was grossed out, it was not clean, it seemed more like an hourly rate hotel vswhat it was advertised as being on the website I immediately re-packed my car and asked for a refund Since I booked through a 3rd party booking site, I have requested refund from the other booking site already I ended up sleeping in my car in a well lit parking lot as that seemed safer and more clean than staying here

My family and I stayed at your hotel, Hotel Corpus Christi Bayfront, in room *** the night of Saturday, July 16,
When we arrived at your hotel after dinner with my family, we entered to our room to an infestation of cockroaches in the bathroom
I was shocked and disgusted by such infestation at a hotel located in the bayfront area
As soon as we noticed the infestation, I tried contacting the front desk by phone, but was unsuccessful
Not only did they not answer, I had to take the stairs after waiting minutes for your one working elevator
After reaching the front desk, I was offered to look at another room for my comfort
My wife and I went to room *** to inspect the conditionsWe were surprised to find a room that was actually much cleaner than our current room, but still infested with roaches

I had made two reservations (two rooms) for Bayfront for one night only, It was a pretty penny to get this hotel for the eveningPaying over $for two rooms you would think that it would be a five star hotel but I was greatly mistakenThe main concern to this beach town hotel is that they did not provide good running water Sunday morning during checkout in the hotel room to take a shower or brush our teethCheck out is normally at 11am and at 8:49am my father and mother had to use dirty yellow slow running water from the sink faucet to bathe down with a damp towel and brush teethI was so embarrassed when no water came from the shower headOur other hotel room did not have hot water, just slow cold water to bathe inI did contact the hotel concierge right away and she informed me that as a courtesy they would allow us to "check out at 1pm with no charge"Well that wasn't going to work because we had already prepared to leave by 11am as duly noted during checking in Saturday e

On June 16th, 2018, my family and I checked into this hotelAs soon as we entered we seen a dead roach on the sinkAbout five minutes later there was another climbing on the bed on to a candy bar on the bedWe killed that one, we brushed it off and thought maybe it was just those twoNo, that was not the caseWe arrived back at the hotel room to find a roach on the wall and inside the sheets! I went to try and resolve the matter and all they wanted to do was put us in another room that had been "inspected"We further refused and asked for a refund and they kept saying no without a proper explanationThe young man helping us just kept staring blankly and thats when I asked if the hotel would hire a inspector to come to my house to ensure these roaches did not follow us home from staying in their hotelThat is when the night auditor jumped in and called the cops on my family and I because they said this was being "aggressive"Of course when the police arrived and we told our story they realized the hotel was being unfair but could do nothingSo of course we left but got humiliated on top of everythingWe had to drive home from Corpus back to San Antonio, which we arrived at 4:am in the morningThe hotel still refuses to give us anytime of refund and Hotels.com noted that they are in fact the ones who need to give the refundWorst experience and night; not to mention it was my dad's birthdayThe room was under:
