[Your Answer Here] I checked my Equiifax score that morning prior to contacting OnDeck using MyScore.com where I have a monthly subscription, and my score was The "loan specialist" did not mention any issues with my credit bureau score; he only said I was disqualified based upon being $10,under the annual revenue limit I was polite and courteous to the gentleman even though he did not reciprocate the same qualities to me because I have been working as a professional for years He disconnected the phone call while I was in mid sentence This is very rude and shows poor training on the part of OnDeck And I was responding to a pre-qualiified offer from OnDeck ( And I am well aware that pre-qualified does not mean pre-approved) But, I am shocked that a company that advertises itself to be the be the best friend of businesses in need of funding operates this way I still feel that I deserve more than seconds to review my application, and that is not goiing to changeI have too much lending experience to know that my application could have been appoved with a different "loan specialist"; one who actually understood credit risk and underwritingI very much doubt the person I spoke with could explain how the credit bureau score is derived; whereas, I am an expert in this field, and can do so easily.

It was a very informative discussion, and it helped support our current process around how we manage and respond to our Revdex.com complaints. The case below is one that I used as an example in our conversationThe merchant is upset at OnDeck for denying their loan application. Our Sales team and our Customer Service team have spoken to the merchant (which we outlined multiple times in our responses), but the merchant is “insisting” on speaking to the Underwriting team that denied their loanAt OnDeck, and at pretty much every Financial Institution, the Underwriting team is not a team that speaks directly to the customers. What the merchant keeps on requesting is not available, and we cannot accommodate the merchants request. Also, I don’t want to publically write in my Revdex.com response the reasons the merchant was denied for a loanI feel that providing that information in a public forum like the Revdex.com would be detrimental to their business (declining revenue as the primary reason). What is our next steps hereAfter responses, there isn’t much left for OnDeck to sayThough if needed we are happy to keep on responding the same message. Thanks for our assistance. Eric L***

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to respond to *** ***i. *** *** signed and agreed to the terms and conditions of the OnDeck Business Loan and Security Agreement on March *** *** ***’s loan amount, disbursement amount, his repayment amount, and
other useful information were presented to him during his application and check out process. On March ***, 2017, *** ***i called our Customer Service Department and based on unforeseen business circumstance, *** ***i wanted to return his advance to OnDeck. Since *** ***i’s initial contact with our Customer Service Department, OnDeck has been in constant communication with *** ***i. As of March *** 2017, OnDeck and *** ***i have come to a mutual agreementWe will continue to be in constant communication with *** ***i in regards to his current circumstance until the matter has been completely resolved. If *** ***i has any additional questions in regards to his account, he is more than welcome to call Customer Service at ###-###-#### option

Thank you for giving OnDeck the opportunity to respond to *** *** in regards to her business TRC Management Services, LLC’s (“TRC”) On Deck Capital, Inc(“OnDeck”) account Below is a summary of TRC’s loan history with OnDeck, along with additional information that may help *** *** with
her inquiryTRC had three loans with OnDeck. TRC’s first loan originated in November of TRC then renewed into a new (second) loan in March of 2015, and another new (third) loan in December of 2015. During the term of TRC’s third loan, TRC and OnDeck worked on a variety of different payment options to support *** ***’s requests for payment support. Nevertheless, TRC continued to miss payments and the account only grew further into default. On December *, 2016, *** *** communicated to OnDeck that TRC would start paying towards the past due balance. She also noted that TRC planned on securing a Small Business Administration (“SBA”) loan to pay off the remaining balance OnDeck nonetheless continued to present alternative payment options to TRC, and was needless to say not paid off by any such SBA loan let alone TRC. On March *, 2017, the account was written off and sold to a third party, *** *** *** *** (“***”)In short, OnDeck made several attempts to work out a suitable arrangement for TRC If *** *** has any questions in regards to the TRC account now owned by ***, the best contact for *** is c/o its servicer and corporate affiliate Resurgent Capital Services L.P., ** *** *** *** ** ***, customer service number ###-###-####OnDeck Customer Service is available to *** *** if she would like to discuss this further. Still waiting on the remaining amount of $4,339.29The original amount of refund quoted by my account manager [redacted] was verified per account dept. according to [redacted].Trails of emails between the account manager was sent to customer service for verification.25% discount according to the customer service is incorrect.
