I'm literally drawing up my court papers with them right now. They also so Do Business As Md Transportation who was my mover. They NEVER delivered and after 2 months of track things down we found our property moved only 11 miles away from the original location and put illegally into a public storage until under an individual's name. After 2 1/2 months of correspondence and ridiculous excuses (all documented including their blocking me on their phones) I find had to go to THEIR STORAGE UNIT AND TAKE IT MYSELF! Thus, incurring thousands more. Here's is their customer servicer response before they even try to weasel out of it (pathetic scammers). Here are also some pics regarding how we found some of or things.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by World Green Mover regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: World Green Movers delivered approximately 65% of my items, this evening, 10/*/15, however there are still outstanding items such as two motorcycles (Harley & BMW), two Flat Screen TV's (Samsung 55" & Hyundai 47"), Italian Leather Sofa, two leather recliners, Bowers & Wilkins Speakers (3), BowFlex SelectTech dumbells, Leather Office chair, childrens ride on toy, and roughly boxes missingI was forced to pay the remaining balance on the contract, $in cash, after a $discountI have now paid World Green Movers in full for this move however am still missing roughly $30,in itemsI am highly upset with this debacle and would like to take actionWhat does the Revdex.com recommend I do? Thierno was my relocation specialist from NJ to FLThey were suppose to come on and they called on to come earlier on due to the weatherThis was insane so I hustled to get my stuff in order (8months pregnant)The morning of NO ONE shows up and I call them sorry were not going to make it due to the weather we will be there The men for this company are extremely difficult to understand they have very thick accentsI was told they bring boxes at a charge if neededWhen they arrive they tell us NO they don't have any boxesI ended up throwing away so many thingsAnother thing that I wasn't aware of is the fact that they don't take belongings unless they are boxed Anyways the price we were quoted wasn't even close to what we were charged $$$Thierno told my mother in law and me that my belongings would be in Florida I have my fiancé 5year old and year old belongings on this truckWe have a suitcase with outifits eachWe get down to FL we kept in touch with our driverFirst they were going to be delayed because of the snowThen its the snow againThen its someone else's pick upMeanwhile I am paying rent to a house that I am not even living inWe have to get hotel roomsI am getting worried weeks has gone by and I could have this baby at anytime and I wont have a home to bring him home too Then out of nowhere a person calls us from a different moving company this guy says he has our stuffOn 3/*/this new company delivers all our belongingsI am not happy that there was no communication that this was going to happen but I am happy that I have all my items But this is where my excitement turns into a nightmareMost of my furniture is damaged and I took multiple picturesNot lil scratches either a mattress was torn, my entertainment unit looks like someone took a sledge hammer to it, brand new crib destroyed, shelf unit huge hole, all dressers chipped or backs torn I honestly would have been better off throwing out all my stuff and starting out all new for the amount of money I spent sending it down here to be destroyed and waiting 3+weeks for itMy fiancé did call them about the damaged furniture and they took his email to send him a claims report (which we NEVER received) and they had nothing to say or offer for the 3+weeks and the fact that they just gave our property to another company I was at the point that I wanted to sue them for what they had done to my familyThis was too much stress for anyone let alone a very pregnant woman with a 5&3year old, who just moved miles away from everything and everyone she knowsI am still in shock but I get constant reminders to the hell this company put me threw when I look at my destroyed furniturewhatever is left of it!

world green mover made my move very easy. they where very helpful .. they did a good job wrapping all my stuff ..the workers where very attentive and respectable..

Mover have not mentioned anything about my Revdex.com complaint since I last spoke. I guessed they might be not care or afraid about. I have approached them recently and paid full amount in advanced as Mover asked for it without any negotiation but they have not delivered my household items yet. I have asked for picture of my items that they didn't full fill either.They asked for additional $600 cash for small truck to deliver in my apartment complex. I wanted to deliver my items in a storage unit close to my house which we agreed without paying extra money. I also concerned about how and where my belonging store since last 2 months in NY City that might be a risk of transporting bed bugs, so we have decided to move initially to storage unit and then we will manage it to move to my apartment.When I call them for status, they don't pickup the call. If they do pickup the call, they would say we are trying to find a another moving company to take the load and deliver. I am not sure they ever find any other company to deliver with in US, not the third world country.

Review: I entered into a contract with WORLD GREEN MOVER, through their employee Timothy M[redacted], to move my household belongings to my present address in Orlando. Whilst unpacking I discovered damages to several of my household items which said claim is in the process with the Insurance Company. I have been speaking to Melanie and Timothy M[redacted] at World Green Movers since the beginning of June concerning the delivery of two of my boxes that were to be shipped to my address in Orlando, Florida. Melanie informed me that these boxes are at her location. Unfortunately neither of them is getting back to me, with any information, as to how I will get those boxes. I am asking your intervention in resolving this matter.Desired Settlement: I will like World Green Mover get the two boxes with my belongings shipped to my current address.

Review: I was promised a lot of things at a price that I was later told was not even close to accurate....I was very specific about the contents to be moved and the estimate was based on that....I understand if there could be a little bit of a difference but instead it was double....they told me they would be there at 7 am on July **, this went on all day til 11 pm that night when the dispatcher was told me to find someone else....they finally arrived at 10:15 am on July **....they knew I had to be out of my apt by 5 pm on July ** and were suppose to arrive either July ** or **. They told me 4 men would move everything....ended up being 2.....they told me it would take an hour to an hour and 15 min. maximum....it ended up taking til 7:30 pm and didn't include all of my things....things I didn't care about were already packed on the truck when I was told they'd tell me the cubic feet before anything went on the truck....the things I wanted the most were not even on the truck yet....I asked them to replace some things on the truck with things I really wanted and they said they couldn't do that because they had already packed them....as a result I now have to hire [redacted] to ship another mattress and rug that I really wanted. I could never reach my original sales people and found out they sell you the deal and then the movers/dispatchers handle the rest....everyone else I spoke to didn't want to take any responsibility for anything....I spoke to several of their customer service folks and told them how much more this will cost plus I had to hire several people to be there at all of these different times when no one showed up and furthermore I will have to pay an extra week of rent because I was suppose to be out of the apt on July ** by 5 pm and they never even arrived til July ** and left at 7:30 pm.....I must have spoken to at least 15 people at the company and finally when I kept calling they'd hang up on me....there is no way that I'm the only person who has ever had this problem....their reviews online are very positive and I don't see how that can be legitimate. My furniture was guaranteed to be delivered on July ** and the driver said yesterday it could be up to 14 days after that....also the first time I ever heard that....my original estimate was $1,700 plus tax and now the bill is over $3,400 plus I'm out of pocket for another $1,000....I packed everything myself to save money and spent over $500 in supplies....this is only a small 2 bedroom apt....I would have never gone with them if they didn't have a competitive price (was still higher than most places) but the sales people acted like it was their company and kept insisting they were so reliable, professional and took care of everything like it was their own....they never even told me they were just brokers for a moving company and I'd never be able to speak to them again and if I had a problem no one would respond.....this is the worse experience I've ever had and will never do anything like this again. Please HELP me.Desired Settlement: At the very least I don't think I should have to pay any more than my initial estimate....also I am out of pocket for $1,000 and feel I should be compensated for that....not to mention the aggravation and treatment I received.

I still have furniture that wasn't even moved....one mattress and a rug....in addition, I'm worried about when the furniture will arrive and was even afraid to report this because the dispatcher and some of the other employees spoke in a very threatening, non professional tone to me.

Please advise.

Review: Beware of these 2 moving companies, World Green Mover ([redacted]) and their agent, Move Reservation services ([redacted]) are unprofessional, unfair practice and who Held my Belongings Hostage until I pay full balance. I paid 18% deposit during quote/reservation and 42% in money order during pickup. Then movers came to pick up my belonging at my apartment with unhappy attitude, argued about 1.5 hour about cubic feet quoted in compare to what I had and then we agreed to add additional 100 cu feet at pick up. Then they have stored my belonging in a storage even after I gave them my new address within 5 days after pick up, undelivered after more than 21 days as per contract as of 04/**/15. They charged my card for 100 cu feet w/o a call. Then after 29 days from nowhere, unreachable all this time w/o delivering my belonging on time and ignored all my calls, emails and chat with promises never fulfilled. [redacted] called me, owner disappeared, from nowhere and sent me an email stating that rate has been increased to $4 per cubic feet and additional 300 cubic feet to total 1100 cu feet with full payment required to load the 3rd party truck in Brooklyn, NY unless it will be held Hostage and money will be recovered somehow. They have no fear of law enforcement and advise me to take any action I could.They told me that they proudly use RESTRICTED caller ID cell phones to make calls, so I can't call them back and bothered about my belonging which forcefully kept in storage. They hold my belonging hostage for long time and threatening me to collect $550 per month of storage if I don't pay full amount now to load the 3rd party truck to my destination. How can I trust these guys, I pre-paid 60%? They also told me that don't even think about any other option to pick up my belonging without paying full amount as quoted. They have no option left for me. My advice is to go with brand name movers than mom-pop mover after research. Do not get quote over the phone or pay deposit.Desired Settlement: They argued that agent quoted me wrong rate, then why did you came to pick up my belonging if you think its not right. They are business partners acting weird. The modified quote is unacceptable. I told them to deliver my belonging and previously agreed balance ~$982 will be paid but they said no negotiation in $3500 because they have my belonging held hostage.I don't trust such businesses. I told them that I am even ready to put the balance in escrow account or 3rd party until safe deliver.

Review: I selected World Green Movers (WGM) to perform moving services for me from [redacted] to [redacted], CO. Initial engagement was satisfactory, ordered large truck capable of holding 1800 Cubic Feet, packing services, and a 4 man moving crew - Order number [redacted]. I was told the truck and crew would arrive July ** or ** 2015. On July **, the driver of the truck informed me he would not make it that day due to traffic on I-95 and asked if it would be possible to arrive July ** - I accommodated. However when the truck arrived, only the driver and his wife showed up; no 4 man crew. As such, the move out process took approx 18 hours as only one man performed the work, save packing services. I had to buy boxes, tape and perform my own packing; WGM still billed me for packing services. I requested delivery in Peyton, CO on July **, 2015 and was told I would receive a call from WGM to confirm. Well, July **, 2015 has long since passed and I still do not have my household goods. I have called WGM Customer Service (###-###-####) numerous times, spoke with Mike, Frank, David and most recently Andrew, all promising I would receive a call back however the call back has yet to come. In addition, I have talked to Diallo, (###-###-####) in Dispatch a few times however never to confirm a delivery date; always told he would call me back, yet never does. At this time, I am severely frustrated with WGM, they lack customer service, professionalism and integrity. Highly disappointed with this transaction as my household goods are almost 2 months overdue; I've had to purchase additional clothes, computer equipment and furniture in order to perform my job due to the delayed delivery and feel due to their lack of acknowledgement of the issue at hand and desire to make it right, I do not owe them another cent for this move.Desired Settlement: I want WGM to deliver my household items as promised and, based on the length of the delay, lack of customer service, professionalism and integrity; the fact I've had to sleep on a blow up bed and purchase additional household items, clothes etc, waive the remaining 50% balance ($3886.00) on delivery.

Review: This company was hired by a broker we hired to move out belonging from PA to LA. We were told that this company will charge by the weight,therfore they will weigh the truck empty and then again with our belongings in. We have never seen a weight ticket and have asked numerous times. We were told by the broker that our belongings would be picked up 8/**/15 and delievered 8/**/15. Our contract states that we will pay the remaining balance apon pick up witha credit card. When this company pick up our belongings we were already in LA so I made several attepts to contact them to pay over the phone with that credit card. Called the broker and finally had a supervisior call me on 8/**/15 for payment. He states that our belongings weighted way more then on our contract and changed the price. He was very rude and stated that he could do what he wants. When I asked when my belongings would be here he stated the truck had not even left yet. The took my belongings to a warehouse in N.J. and the truck was leaving 8/**/15 and should arrive aound 8/**/15. Explained to him that we are to pay the remaining balance with a credit card and he stated that is not how this works and was arguing with me that it doesn't say that on the contract and hung up on me. After calling him back and finally giving him my credit card information only to find out the day the truck arried that he only took half of the payment. Therefore the driver wouldn't deliver our belongings and left. Supervisior calls us the next day and states that we REFUSED payment and raised the price to have our belongings returned, we agree to get our belongings. On 8/**/15 they returned. I had the cash in hand to pay and asked to see the contract. Driver was very angry and stated that it was already singed. Explained to him that we were in LA and had my mother sign and showed him the contract I have that was e-mailed to me. He still refused to let me see the contract and we explained to him that the sheriff will be here soon and they can have it then. He then got very angry and stated that he will let them see it and ran to the truck and took off.Desired Settlement: I do NOT want any contact from this company. I fear for my safety and the safety of my child. I want my belongings back in proper condition and a full refund!

Review: I researched for months for a move from NYC to Texas for my elderly parents. World Green Mover is very unethical and should not be in business. We are in October now for a moved that happened on 8/**/2015, I have no clue where or when I will get my parents things World Green Mover should not be allowed to do business. Abdralo M[redacted](Owner) is rude, combative and pushy!.Desired Settlement: Live up to contract and make deliveries!!
