World Green Mover

Review: This company was hired by a broker we hired to move out belonging from PA to LA. We were told that this company will charge by the weight,therfore they will weigh the truck empty and then again with our belongings in. We have never seen a weight ticket and have asked numerous times. We were told by the broker that our belongings would be picked up 8/**/15 and delievered 8/**/15. Our contract states that we will pay the remaining balance apon pick up witha credit card. When this company pick up our belongings we were already in LA so I made several attepts to contact them to pay over the phone with that credit card. Called the broker and finally had a supervisior call me on 8/**/15 for payment. He states that our belongings weighted way more then on our contract and changed the price. He was very rude and stated that he could do what he wants. When I asked when my belongings would be here he stated the truck had not even left yet. The took my belongings to a warehouse in N.J. and the truck was leaving 8/**/15 and should arrive aound 8/**/15. Explained to him that we are to pay the remaining balance with a credit card and he stated that is not how this works and was arguing with me that it doesn't say that on the contract and hung up on me. After calling him back and finally giving him my credit card information only to find out the day the truck arried that he only took half of the payment. Therefore the driver wouldn't deliver our belongings and left. Supervisior calls us the next day and states that we REFUSED payment and raised the price to have our belongings returned, we agree to get our belongings. On 8/**/15 they returned. I had the cash in hand to pay and asked to see the contract. Driver was very angry and stated that it was already singed. Explained to him that we were in LA and had my mother sign and showed him the contract I have that was e-mailed to me. He still refused to let me see the contract and we explained to him that the sheriff will be here soon and they can have it then. He then got very angry and stated that he will let them see it and ran to the truck and took off.Desired Settlement: I do NOT want any contact from this company. I fear for my safety and the safety of my child. I want my belongings back in proper condition and a full refund!

At this time, I have not been contacted by World Green Mover regarding complaint ID [redacted]. The company that hired this company can not get a hold of them either. It has been over 2 weeks and I have no idea where my belongings are! !Sincerely,[redacted]

Review: To start off with I got quoted on my move for 1700$ my move was sopposed to be picked up the ** of June it didn't get picked up till the [redacted] and when they arrived to my house they loaded up my move said it's alot more square footage. Then the guy proceeded to say that it will now be 3300$ and that if I don't wanna do that I would have to pay him 400$ to get my stuff off but I already payed 400$ as the first deposit for my move and it wasn't refundable according to the guy so I told him we can settle it with the office he started screaming and arguing with me told me the office was close and he already gave me my only opions so I ended up telling to take it and we'll will talk to the manager tomorrow we'll next day comes around I call dispatch and he happens to answer the phone call and tells me it is what it is. Then he had told me to deposit money into his private account to pay off the reminding balance and I didn't feel comfortable doing that so I refused then the phone call started. He told me the only thing I can do was deposit the money or go make a [redacted] so I did a [redacted] and made him show I'd and all for pick up because at this point I feel like it's a scam so now after he took my money he doesn't answer my phone calls and I called everyone in that company managers don't call me back like they say they will no one seems to know where is my move or anything 3 weeks later and I don't know if I'll get my propertyDesired Settlement: To beware where is my property when will I get it and for there customer service be alot better

Review: I was researching for months for a move from Pa to Florida with what belongings me and my two children were taking with us. I was going to go with a pod but with not having a permanent place that I was moving to I decided to go with a moving company and then store want I need to until I bought a place to live. I decided to go with World Green Mover. There were many companies that offered 1month free storage like World Green Mover but I thought I made the right decision. Now that I'm faced with not having my belongings here in Florida as per my reference number[redacted]. That I'm told they don't have. I realize how much of a scammer these people are. I first started speaking,texting and emailing Jadya D[redacted] with world green mover. Very nice girl! Also spoke with a Chris J[redacted] several times from World Green Mover. And on two occasions Mike. the movers and my neighbor called me on the day they were moving my stuff from Pa to Florida as per my agreement that something is wrong because I had more stuff then quoted. I called world Green Mover and asked for Mike. He was the last one I spoke with and I was trying to get him prior to my pick up to confirm everything and was unable to reach him. I was told by Mr. Chris J[redacted] that Mike was out of work due to emergency surgery and that is why he did not return my messages. Then I asked Mr. J[redacted] for Jadya Davis and I was told she no longer works there. So Mr Chris J[redacted] assured me that all my belongings would be loaded and Mike will call me when he returns to work. I was fine with this because I know what my contract was and I know what I was shipping. When I arrived to Florida I lost my phone this took maybe two weeks to get another phone so I was panicking about where my belongings are in Florida and get things straighten out. I really thought at I would have had several messages from them and it appeared that they were not worried about getting ahold of me. They had my stuff. And they stiff have my stuffDesired Settlement: When I finally opened my email I seen that my first down payment went to a Budget Moving and Storage. I right away called and this has been a nightmare since. I have never been talked to so bad and sworn at and lied to from a company. Then I find out as per my agreement that my belongings are in New Jersey not Florida. I want my stuff in the condition that it was picked up.
