I wish I could rate 0 stars. A bunch of liars work there. They lie, like any credit is accepted and there is no money down. They have you sitting for hours, pretending to get your approval. Read the negative reviews on Google, please. They will tell you that you're approved and that all credit has been accepted. No money down, and they have you sitting for hours while they run the game on five other customers. I wish I had read the reviews before I went in. Type in their name on Google. Look at the reviews, then. Scroll down and look under Lowest Reviews. I wish I had done a Google search before I went to these lying, uncaring people. Free oil changes take hours to do. How can these people sleep at night? They get you there with false promises and lies. I hope you will fall in love with the vehicle. Have you sat there for hours telling you that you were approved? They are trying to get you the lowest rate and a better deal. Do yourself a favor. Don't let these people check your credit and waste credit points. The only way you will get a vehicle out of here is if you have excellent credit or almost excellent credit with a big down payment. What they are doing should be against the law and stopped. They are going to trick and play around with the wrong person, and they won't like the results. No finance company or car advertising sites should deal with this company or refer people to buy vehicles here, and I came in with Read check stubs and documents. They say no co-sign is needed. The biggest liars are the lady who lied to get me to come in, and the salespeople are Louis and Brandon.

How is leaving off Credit Bureaus address and phone number and point of contact protecting me

I purchased a new Hyundai Sonata from World Hyundai in July of I was sold this car partly because the salesman promised free oil changes for life I took my car in every month for this free service for years When I took my car in for the October oil change, all of a sudden they have nothing in there records to show this promise Their manager says there is nothing they can do to honor this agreement I thought others shoul know this is not an organization to trust or do business with

So recently my car was stolen which left me helpless and massively stressed outI knew it was only so much the police could do and would doI needed to help myselfI suddenly remembered my car had [redacted] This was only the first stepThanks to Edwin from the team at world Hyundai in Matteson, who was a major help with the whole set up with [redacted] services, and with the helpful individuals with [redacted] I got my car back , and it was freeIt was located within hours and I was able to pick it up the next dayI'm so grateful for today's new technology and for great customer serviceI probably would be still sitting around waiting on a call from the police department, if you ain't got it, you better get itThanks again Edwin and [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Fred did not give me a quoteFred gave me a FINAL PRICE While speaking with Eric who is the liaison between service and sales I was told that Fred has several complaints and given customers the same INFORMATION AND CUSTOMERS WERE upsetI was also charged for a Wheel Ailment which was never completed I reached out several times to both, Chris and Eric Please see the attached correspondence I have yet to hear from Chris regarding my refundI paid for work that was not completed, service that was unprofessional, rude and bordered on INSURANCE FRAUD Can someone explain to me if I was told that my car would be finished in less than minutes does that sound like someone that was quoted a price or someone who was told exactly what to pay I 'm sure World Hyundai customers don't like being called after you were just told your car is almost complete and then minutes later they wanting more money for something you were told was almost completed I was never quoted I was told as the final price no quote the exact price and I am upset that I've had to speak to several people with no response Fred, Mike, Chris, Edgar and Eric peopleThis is a legitimate complaint and I'm not happy that they just want more money Chris himself admitted that Fred should not have given me a price but FRED DID Nina S***

We worked with Chris [redacted] who was very easy going and worked hard to find us the vehicle we wanted with the lowest miles for the best priceCouldn't be happier with the service, would definitely recommend
