Me and my boyfriend came into Hyundai to see about getting him a car! We where given the opportunity to work with a sales representative by the name of Chris! He worked well with understanding the things that my boyfriend wanted he was very helpfulChris worked with our situation and made sure we where satisfied.He is kept his word and now we are driving a New Hyundai Elantra!

Willie [redacted] was my sales dealer and he was very professionalWillie explained everything in great detailWhen I was unsure about something, he helped clarify thingsWillie was an overall great salesman

Chris Davis is a very helpful salesmanHe made sure we got the best deals

My vehicle had damaged and needed to be repaired The vehicle was taking to one dealership who advised be of a price and stated this is what they could see on the vehicle I asked to have the vehicle moved to World Hyundai since this is where I purchased the vehicle Speaking with Fred on Tuesday, I asked him several questions regarding the price and he assured me the price he quoted was the final priceAsking Fred once I arrived at the dealership was the price he gave me correct he stated again YES it was the final amountI was told that I would have to pay ½ of of the final cost before I vehicle could be repaired Friday, I called Fred and asked if my vehicle was ready and was told it would be in minutes I then receive a call from Fred stating that during the ailment something else for found and now I have to pay another plus to get my vehicle This was NEVER EXPLAINED TO ME ON TUESDAY I HAD A CONVERSATION WITH FRED AND TOLD HIM UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WAS

Chris [redacted] was friendly,knowledgeable and answered all questions he was very patient and worked a miravle for me I would like to thank Chris [redacted] and Mike [redacted] for working so hard with me

I really enjoyed my experience today and I got the car of my dreams for low price with the number sales professional Erik [redacted] I recommend this dealership for anyone looking to buy a good car and is looking to have good time doing it in a timely manner

Edwin and Erik are always a pleasure to work withMy parents got both their cars from here and were pleased with the experienceThey always are there for us and we definitely appreciate themWe will definitely recommend them to anyone who is interested in purchasing a car

Great experience...staff was great and incredibly patient. Courtney was amazing to work with. Had I not just bought a new car, I would buy a new car. Glad I came here!

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I knew it would be very difficult to finance a vehicle given recent personal events that have occurred and gave World Hyundai all necessary information needed to review my credit a month prior to this issue, so that we would not be wasting each others time I also fully disclosed my credit before these promises were made so when the car salesman said he could not only get me financing but if I ran up there that evening, he would waive the down payment I had no reason to believe he was using a typical, predatory, deceiving sales technique I did my due diligence and seen that World Hyundai was accredited by the Revdex.comSo why would a business that's highly regarded risk their reputation by blatantly lying to a perspective customer? When I came in, I was interested in a vehicle that was priced at $5, Allen said no, how about a Hyundaithen "No, we can't do anything for you." Enjoy your hour ride homeThe bottom line is, I am fully aware of my damaged credit, I made you fully aware of my damaged credit, I gave World Hyundai all information needed to see how damaged my credit is and weeks later I get a message out of nowhere making promises that couldn't be kept, wasting my time and money in the process Sincerely, [redacted]

My car buying experience was awesome today didn't have the best experience yesterday but Teri called me back and invited me back to the store to see if she can change my attitude about what happened on the previous day and sure enough she did she sat me With [redacted] who was the original sales person on my vehicle I bought a couple of years ago and wow he was amazing got me everything I wanted I will definitely refer friends and family to you thanks Teri [redacted] and World Hyundai!!!!!
