Mr [redacted] initiated an extended service contract with World Mail Direct on August 21st, During this call, Mr [redacted] agreed to all terms and conditions stated in the contract On September 14th, 2017, Mr [redacted] contacted World Mail Direct requesting cancellation of this contract Cancellation procedure as stated within the contract was explained to him at this time Mr [redacted] 's contract was cancelled as of October 19th, upon receipt of the letter of cancellation A full refund of $has been mailed to Mr [redacted] .We apologize for any inconvenience Mr [redacted] has received and hope to show this matter as resolved If any further information is needed, it will be happily provided.Sincerely,Customer Service

Ms [redacted] set up coverage with World Mail Direct on March 22nd, She called to cancel her coverage on April 17th Cancellation procedures were explained to Ms [redacted] on this date Cancellation process was completed on May 8th On June 9th a refund check, numbered [redacted] , in the amount of $has been mailed to the address on file All funds Ms [redacted] had paid to World Mail Direct have been refunded in full We hope to have this matter resolved If additional information is required, it will be happily providedSincerely, World Mail Direct

After reviewing the call, we found out that this entire complaint is nothing more than a lieThe call lasted minutes, never did anyone get rude with them They were yelling and cursing at my customer service team, they never asked for a manager eitherWe canceled her out on that phone call and tried to explain that to her but they wouldn't stop yelling and listen to the rep helping themThis customer is canceled out

We are sending Mr [redacted] refund out todayHe should receive the check early next weekWe apologize for the delay

Mr [redacted] initiated a vehicle service contract with World Mail Direct on February 24, Upon activation, all terms and conditions including price and payments were disclosed and verbally agreed upon On March 3rd, Mr [redacted] called and spoke with a customer service representative During the call these terms and conditions were again reiterated, and Mr [redacted] agreed to continue the contract No further communication was had until the receipt of this complaint Upon receiving this complaint we have reached out to Mr [redacted] several times to clear up any misconceptions or confusion We have been unable to connect with Mr [redacted] and at this time will be honoring his request for cancellation and refund Written cancellation and refund confirmation will be emailed to Mr [redacted] at the provided email address of: [redacted] .We do apologize for any inconveniences Mr [redacted] may have received We do hope to have this matter resolved and if any additional information is needed it will be happily providedSincerely,World Mail Direct

Ms*** *** initiated a vehicle service contract with World Mail Direct on August 1st, 2017. Ms***'s contract was then cancelled on August 11th, 2017. Normally, a check would be mailed, for any refund due, to Ms***. However, due to an internal error the check was never
issued. In order to expedite the refund, a credit of $was issued to the card used in the original transaction on October 10th, 2017. At this point all money collected from Ms*** has been refunded. We hope to have this matter resolved and apologize for any inconvenience to Ms***. If any further information is needed, it will be happily provided

We have called Ms.*** over times to have this matter taken care ofWe left VM after VM with no response backWhen
she finally called into us we tried to explain that we need her miles in order to issue a refundShe got upset and asked for a manager, when she was told he wasn't available she started to raise her voice and she hung upWe called her back with no answer againWe have finally got a hold of her and she says she will be calling us back today the 14th of Sept with the current miles so we can issue her refund to herAs far as her saying that this was a powertrain coverage its not, every email that was sent to her was new car coverage and they are in great detail tooOnce we speak to her and get the mile I will issue her her refund check

This contract was backed out on 7/17/and the refund was credited back to the card on file on the same dayWe apologize for the misunderstandingIf there is anything else that we can help with, please feel free to contact us

I want to correct the dollar amount of the first payment made. It was only $rather than $233.51. So, the total I am asking for a refund is $
