We changed personal in customer service and this file feel through the cracks during that transition. We called them both...

this morning (9/2/15) and spoke with them and explained what happened. Also let them know that when they called last time that the reason we didn't answer was because our entire server crashed and everything was down for the entire day. They were very understanding, we told them that we were putting their refund check in the mail today (9/2/15) in the amount of $195.00 check number XXXXXX.

Mr. [redacted] initiated a vehicle service contract with World Mail Direct on November 30th, 2016.  During this recorded phone call all terms and conditions, including covered components, were properly disclosed.  At no point was he told this is "Bumper to Bumper" coverage. ...

Customer was informed that his policy is fully refundable within the first thirty days and pro-rated refundable after that.  Customer had ample time to review the policy as it was mailed December 1st, 2016 to the address of [redacted], of which he verified was correct.  Mr. [redacted] did not contact World Mail Direct again until July 31st, 2017.  At which point he requested to cancel his policy.  Mr. [redacted] expressed his concerns about a denied claim for an uncovered component.  Unfortunately, World Mail Direct does not have control over the claim process, as we only broker the policy.  Mr. [redacted] was given proper cancellation procedures, per his request.  Proper documentation for cancellation was received on September 12, 2017.  Per the terms and conditions of the contract, a pro-rated refund has been calculated to the amount of $795.66.  This amount is calculated based off of the unused portion of the 5 year duration of the policy.  Ending date of policy activity being July 31st, 2017 when Mr. [redacted] first requested cancellation.  A check will be mailed to the above referenced address.  We hope to have this matter resolved and apologize for any inconvenience to Mr. [redacted].  If any further information is needed, it will be happily provided.

contract.  Cancellation procedure as stated within the contract was explained to him at this time.  Mr. [redacted]'s contract was cancelled as of October 19th, 2017 upon receipt of the letter of cancellation.  A full refund of $275.00 has been mailed to Mr [redacted].We apologize for any inconvenience Mr. [redacted] has received and hope to show this matter as resolved.  If any further information is needed, it will be happily provided.Sincerely,Customer Service

Ms. [redacted] set up coverage with World Mail Direct on March 22nd, 2017.  She called to cancel her coverage on April 17th.  Cancellation procedures were explained to Ms. [redacted] on this date.  Cancellation process was completed on May 8th.  On June 9th a refund check, numbered...

Customer was cancelled on Aug 4th. Refunds do take up to 30 days to process, however he was refunded on Aug 14th in the amount of $99.00 to his MC.

Mr. [redacted] initiated a vehicle service contract with World Mail Direct on February 24, 2017.  Upon activation, all terms and conditions including price and payments were disclosed and verbally agreed upon.  On March 3rd, Mr. [redacted] called and spoke with a customer service representative.  During the call these terms and conditions were again reiterated, and Mr. [redacted] agreed to continue the contract.  No further communication was had until the receipt of this complaint.  Upon receiving this complaint we have reached out to Mr. [redacted] several times to clear up any misconceptions or confusion.  We have been unable to connect with Mr. [redacted] and at this time will be honoring his request for cancellation and refund.  Written cancellation and refund confirmation will be emailed to Mr. [redacted] at the provided email address of: [redacted].We do apologize for any inconveniences Mr. [redacted] may have received.  We do hope to have this matter resolved and if any additional information is needed it will be happily provided. Sincerely,World Mail Direct

We just processed this cancellation and we will be sending out this refund in full by next week.

The refund check has been cut and sent out to the customer in the amount of $706.41.  We do apologize for the delay and any inconvenience this may have caused.
