I purchased 1$ Presidential Coins from the WORLD RESERVE MONETARY EXCHANGE several years back. I have been waiting but I have not gotten the last 6 coins that I purchased. I have this beautiful display of the White House in the background and the coins beneath it.

World Reserve Monetary Exchange has sent you your last shipment of coins.

The national parks quarters which I paid for in 2010 where described as being uncirculated mint proofs. Two of each national park quarters one from each mint, from both the Denver mint and the Philadelphia mint. My last order contained 10 quarters, but 9 of the quarters where of the Philadelphia mint and only one from the Denver mint. It should have been 5 Denver & 5 Philadelphia. The World Reserve did reply to my complaint, requesting that I send back the quarters that need replacement. I replied that they send me prepaid shipping materials and I would do as they have asked. I have gotten no response from them. I have had trouble getting the World Reserve replace damaged quarters that were scratched and dented....this time they sent the coins in a bag and and I had to put them in the protective plastic keepers which they provided...

Dear ***

Thank you for contacting World Reserve Monetary Exchange regarding your inquiry on your missing 4 Dmints.

WRME will reship the missing coins.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. My husband purchased and paid in full for an entire collection of National Park quarters, to be delivered annually, until the collection is completed with the 2020 coins. Upon his death in 2016 and after reviewing all sorts of legal documents including his Will, they transferred the account into my name and assured me it was paid in full. At that time they also sent all the quarters they'd missed in prior years. It took some work on my part but they finally sent the 2018 quarters mid-2019, after insisting they'd already mailed them. Now I have contacted them 5 times about the 2019 quarters which they told me would be sent in January 2020. I have not received them and they've not answered my emails. Calling their toll free number does nothing as their recorded message says they will send the 2020 quarters in 2021 and that is their last bit of business as they are closing down this part of it. And then you are cut off. Please help me to get the 2019 coins that are presently owed to me, and get their assurance they will complete this contract in 2021. Thank you.

The WRMF sold a Presidential dollar collection. They failed to deliver on their promise of sending all the presidential dollar coins to fill the booklet. I haven’t received any coins or communication since 2015. My attempts to contact their customer service number have resulted is wasted hours of waiting for them to answer. When I did get someone on the phone they just said the program was canceled and I would not receive a refund. I’m hoping someone files a class action.

I purchased the Presidential Coin set where the coins are mailed to you as they are produced/available. The last shipment of coins was never received. This shipment should have probably arrived at the beginning of 2017 but was never received. I see multiple other complaints about coin shipments not received as it seems it is a trend with this company. Additionally, a duplicate coin was received (two Johnson, and no Kennedy) and that also needs to be resolved. Now the phone recording just says they are closed. The website also seems to be down.

In 2010 I purchased the National Park Quarters minted and released by the U S Mint. These Quarters were to be delivered five a year for 10 years and one single coin on the 11th year as they were printed. I have receive the coins yearly and I received the 2018 set this week, but learned when I opened my collection box that I have not received the five coins for the year of 2017. My complaint is simple, I only want last years five coins. I tried to call WRME, but their number was out?

If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Our main concern is to satisfy our customers 100 per cent.

I ordered the Presidential dollar coins in both the D and P mints. When the program ended early, they offered me to use my remaining funds for the program to purchase another product. Of course the product they offered was more than the refund I would have had coming. My refund was $258 per Presidential mint for a total of $516.00 of refund. When I called to ask for refund I was told I had to purchase something else. I do not believe this is fair and I refused to purchase another item (for more than my refund) SO I just gave them $516.00 for absolutely nothing.

I have been sent by "no" request of my own "
The Official Presidential Framed Money Gallery" whereby they have requested one of three things; purchase all of the coins at a value of $208; choice of 4 easy payments to cover the framing fee or return the frame which is quite large back to them at my cost. The frame is approximately 24 x 36. I did not ask for this or ever inquire into it.

I see on the Internet that anyone can purchase this for a total of $445. There is no.... mention that it is a limited edition. How many of these did they send out and how many unsuspecting people fell into their "marketing scheme " and purchased either and/or the frame or coins. I have had absolutely no contact with this company prior to my receipt of the frame. Why did they send it and how did they get my information. I immediately believed I had been the victim of a cyber attack. According to the info I obtained from the Post Office they said they may consider it "fraud" Maybe I need to also contact the States attorney office to see how they would perceive this type of marketing. Tgey may also believe as I do that it is unfair business tactics.

we responded originally on December 3, 2018 stating you are under no obligation to return the Framed Money Gallery to the World Reserve Monetary Exchange nor are you obligated to send any money. We have removed your name from our mailing list per your request.

We would like to reiterate that you are under no obligation to return the Framed Money Gallery nor are you obligated to send any money. Your name has been removed from our mailing list per your request. This Framed Presidential Money Gallery was sent to you simply on the chance it might be something you would be interested in purchasing and since they are limited we did not want you to miss out. We are sorry this has inconvenienced you and upset you.

World Reserve Monetary Exchange does feel you are asking for an unreasonable solution to this problem in the amount of a $250 Amazon gift card and has denied this request.

World Reserve Monetary Exchange Response • Feb 13, 2018

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced with your Presidential Dollar Collection.

Officials at the United States Mint have confirmed that the release of the U.S. Dollar Coin honoring the 40th U.S. President Ronald Reagan, marked the end of the U.S. Presidential Dollar Coin Program. The Presidential Dollar Coin Act of 2005 prohibits the minting of Presidential Dollar Coins honoring any President who has not been deceased for at least 2 years. Since President Jimmy Carter is still living, a coin honoring President Carter cannot by law be minted, and the U.S. Mint must skip to the 40th President:
Presidential $1 Coin Act of 2005, 31 U.S.C. § 5112 (2005).
PRESIDENTIAL $1 COIN PROGRAM 31 U.S.C. § 5112 (n) (2005).
“LIMITATION IN SERIES TO DECEASED PRESIDENT – No coin issued under this subsection may bear the image of a living former or current President, or of any deceased President during the 2-year period following the date of death of that President.” 31 U.S.C. § 5112 (n)(2)(E) (2005).
“TERMINATION OF PROGRAM – The issuance of coins under this subsection shall terminate when each President has been so honored, subject to the paragraph [above], and may not be resumed except by an Act of Congress.” 31 U.S.C. § 5112 (n)(8) (2005).

Therefore, the U.S. Government’s final striking for the Presidential Dollar Coin Program with the minting of the 40th President, Ronald Reagan, means you now have the full 10 year collection of every U.S. Presidential Dollar Coin ever minted.

At the time of the last shipment of the presidential dollar coins, a letter explaining the Presidential Act was included, however, it has come to our attention that since you did not receive that original shipment, you would not have received this notification.

An opportunity to receive a credit was provided at that time in place of the Carter Presidential Dollar Coin. The option available at this time is to send you a duplicate presidential coin from the collection to fill the empty slot in your Framed Money Gallery. The duplicate coin can be displayed by showing the reverse side of the presidential dollar which depicts the Statue of Liberty.

If you would like to receive the duplicate coin of your choice, or if you have any other questions or concerns, feel free to contact me personally at (***

Sincerely,
