World Reserve Monetary Exchange Reviews (%countItem)

I paid this company for the presidential dollar coin collection. They accepted my payment in advance and entered into a contract with me to sell and deliver the entire presidential dollar coin collection. They did not fulfill their end of the contract. As of yet, I have not received the final shipment of presidential dollar coins. I have two orders on file needing to be shipped, for a total of six coins. I have been calling customer service for 6 months, since July 1st, 2017, in an effort to have these coins shipped. At present, it is December 8th, 2017 and they have still not delivered the final shipment of coins. I have been assured on three different instances by their representatives that orders were placed and would ship by September 15th, October 15th, and December 1st. None of these shipments occurred. When I brought this to the attention of the customer service representative, *** I was informed that I had only requested one reshipment. He claimed to have no record of my previous calls. He accepted zero accountability in his company's failure to uphold their contract. I was informed that they are "out" of the capsules that the coins ship in and that no shipments will be happening in the foreseeable future. I then requested that the coins be shipped without the capsules. He told me to write the CEO directly, and that the CEO was the ONLY individual in the company who could approve such a request. This company is cutting costs by not delivering on their agreements to customers. I paid for a product and did not receive that product. This is known as fraud. I would like there to be accountability for this company.

I have received all of the Presidential gold coins except the last three. On October 4, 2017 a letter was mailed to me asking for the executor papers showing that I am the inheritor of the estate and that the last three coins would be delivered once they received the executor papers. I faxed the papers to them and have heard nothing. Their phones ring and ring and then disconnect. Email is returned as undeliverable. Even the local number of *** just rings and rings. Help.

I am 92 and I have been desperately trying to get the last 3 coins to a set of Presidential Gold Coins that I bought for my grandson. My daughter has called them at least 10 times and they give so many excuses and promises that they are sending them and they never do. Seems they are not going to send them. They also owe me a card for the Garfield coin. I paid $65 extra for the cards and it's been a fight getting some of those also. Please help me get what I've paid for

Claim No. *** Ticket No. ***. A number of years ago my husband subscribed to the Presidential Dollar Program, pre-paid the coins and we had been receiving them periodically since then upon their release. He has since passed away. In late December 2016 or January 2017 received a letter from the Reserve stating the final shipment of the coins, those of Nixon, Ford and Reagan, were enclosed; however the Reagan coin was missing. On 3/4/2017 I e-mailed the company advising it was missing. I received no response. On 3/23 sent a follow-up. I received a response letter dated 3/27 along with an Investigative Customer Claim Form for Lost/Damaged Merchandise that was to be completed and returned to them. I did so and mailed it back on 4/3. I received no response. On 7/18 I followed-up with another e-mail but still have not received the coin or any response. I've called Customer Service a number of times and each time received a pre-recorded message advising a representative would be with me but no one ever answered despite holding 25 minutes one time. I have documentation of this event and will mail copies, if requested. Cannot upload them.

In attempts to call them they sent out the wrong coins (President Ford instead of President Regan coins).

I sent back the Ford coins which they recieved and still no offer of delivery of the Reagan coins or a refund for having paid twice.

I received my presidential coins in February and they were damaged. I returned them for an exchange and am still waiting for them to replace. I have called every month and they keep telling me that they will expedite it. When I called in June they said all coins had to be sent out by the end of June no matter what. I am still waiting. I sent an email to them today as I have been on hold for over 45 minutes now trying to talk to a person again. Please let me know what you can do to help. Thank you

I have 2 orders that I have been given the run around on since March 16,2017. I never received Harding & Coolidge coins I paid for with check no.100. Order ***. I lost these coins in a move and it took me 3 tries to get my address change to stay in your system. Called again April 17,2017 and June 9,2017. was told they would put a rush on it.
I also never received the last 2 Roosevelt and Hoover coins, They said they were mail. I filed a claim for lost or stolen and they were supposed to be resending those. I inquired about those at the same time as the 4/17 and 5/9 calls. I think my order confirmation number for those is *** or that is my account number, my notes got mixed up.

On 9/13/2007 I ordered and paid in full in advance for two (2) complete sets of Presidential dollars, one from the Denver Mint, the other from Philadelphia Mint. Everything went fine till Dec 2011 when to remain in the program we would have to pay an additional fee of $92.67 *** to remain on the list to receive our paid-up-front coins!! Then everything went to hell in a hand basket! Five (5) emails have been sent with zero response. I have made over 25 phone calls and have names of reps I have talked to over the past 5 years. Have been forced to fill out paperwork from their Department of Fraud and Theft Prevention Department (2/2/15 and 3/13/2017, then receive notice that no one will receive the Jimmy Carter coin, because according to some law he must be dead for two (2) years, before the coin will be made and since this whole program was another government flop, it is now discontinued. But according to them they will give me credit for the last two coins. Ever sine December 2016 I have been trying to get the final shipment of Nixon, Ford and Regan from both mints to no avail. I have never seen such poor customer service. The last 4 phone calls I made all tell me the same thing - " a rush is being put in and shipment will be to you in 3 weeks. If you call their phone and listen to the prompt that says update of presidential dollar program will start in Dec 2016 and be completed within 60 days. As of 6/22/17 I have still not received my 6 coins. Please contact me when you get this as I can give you further information. Respectfully

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced with your order of the Presidential Dollar Coins.

As you correctly observed in your letter, the Presidential Dollar Program is complete with the release of the Ronald Reagan Presidential Dollar per the United States Mint. I ordered two full sets of the Presidential Dollars back in 2007. I never received a schedule of when the coins were being shipped and I just kept adding the ones received to my sets. I am missing 2 Madison coins and 2 Grover Cleveland coins, 22nd and 24th presidential coins. I only received one full set of those. I received a notification of last shipment in January which included 1 Reagan coin and 3 Nixon coins when it should have included 2 Reagans and 2 Nixons. I called and sent previous emails with no response. I finally received a response yesterday June 15, 2017 advising me that they no longer have Madison or Cleveland and that I can send back my extra Nixon and they would replace the Reagan coin. They had no resolution for the missing coins so now I do not have a complete sets and should have two complete sets.

Dear ***

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced with your order of the Presidential Dollar Coins.

Our records show the Madison Presidential Dollar Coins were sent with your first shipment on September 27, 2007. The Grover Cleveland (1st Term) Presidential Dollar Coins were shipped on July 18, 2012, and the Grover Cleveland (2nd Term) Presidential Dollar Coins were shipped on December 14, 2012. Each shipment throughout this 10 year program included a schedule of the release dates for each Presidential Dollar Coin.

As our representatives explained, it is our policy that any claims of missing coins must be reported within 90 days of the shipment. It is not uncommon for companies to set restrictions for such claims and World Reserve feels this is a fair amount of time. In addition, we do not have these older releases on hand. However, as a one-time courtesy, we will purchase additional coins to send to you (2) Madison, (1) Grover Cleveland 1st Term, (1) Grover Cleveland 2nd Term, and (1) Reagan Presidential Dollar Coin. Please allow 7-10 business days for the shipment to arrive.

If you have any further questions or concerns, you may contact me directly at ***
