I accept that I have been unsubscribed from this email;however, I feel Church & Dwight Co needs
to amend the unecessary step of requiring a customer to call their company to "Unsubsubscribe" Instead of going thru the usual means of clicking the "Unsubscribe" link and confirming the action I feel this is an unscrupulous business practice which usual results in the recipient of the unsolicited email giving up

We apologize that consumer is not satisfied with the information provided, but we are confident that the product meets all required labeling regulations.

Church & Dwight confirmed she was unsubscribed from all Church & Dwight websites and will communicate this with the consumer.

The correct address including the apartment number was printed correctly from the beginning ! Companies that exhibit unprofessional or antagonistic behavior toward a paying customer will not be tolerated.

Thank you for bringing this complaint to our attention. We confirm that the consumer contacted us on 5/31/2016 about their experience with the web coupons and would like to assure the consumer that the coupon promotion is a legitimate offer. As with any online coupon, we kindly request...

that she checks all applicable local system settings are correctly configured and that they are using the recommended browser. We have indeed sent the consumer 2x $1 coupons towards her next product purchase. Unfortunately, here at Consumer Relations, we do not have coupons in a $2 denomination (hence sending 2x $1). As a one-time gesture of goodwill, if the consumer would prefer to receive a refund check for $2.00, we'd be happy to process this for her.
