I am rejecting this response because:
There are no guidelines or warnings about what to do in this situation. It is clearly a dangerous and caustic chemical, undoubtedly within reach of millions of children throughout the US. This product has effectively cost me a thousand dollars. This is not right. You have a duty as a business operating in the USA, to provide a product with clear and concise warnings and possible effects. This is not something that 3 bucks is going to make me whole. What if this had covered my 2 year old? IS a manufacturers coupon going to replace my child?

Revdex.com:The two $1.00 coupons offered to me are fine. I'll accept them, there is no need for a refund check. My frustration & main reason for this complaint is the issue with the coupon offer. My browser settings, as well as the five other people who attempted to print this coupon are correct. I print online coupons frequently. I have never had a problem printing any other business's coupon except for this company. As I stated, this has happened the past two years. Customer Service takes zero responsibility or interest in trying to rectify the clear glitch with printing this coupon. The site says it will send a pin to verify your identity, but a pin is never sent. When you click on the other link to print coupon, it prints a paper saying "thank you for printing", but doesn't print the coupon. If my browser setting were incorrect, it wouldn't print anything at all. I'm not going to continue to beat a dead horse. I'll just accept the coupons offered to me and move on. I'm just dissppointed with my experience dealing with this company.

I am rejecting this response because: as stated in the package insert, and when also measured on the tube, 1 1/2 inches of product is used per application. There is therefore not enough product to fulfill the 14 doses advertised.

We regret that the consumer was not satisfied with our response. You can be confident that careful safety assessments are made before our products are introduced onto store shelves. We work diligently to ensure that all our products are safe when used as per label directions which are accordance with regulations administered by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). As we do value consumer satisfaction, we attempted to contact the consumer via phone on Tuesday 9/27, and left a voicemail. We will attempt to follow up with the consumer again, so we can better understand their experience and evaluate their claim in more detail.

you feel a resistance. Then you fill that 1 inch of the applicator with Replens™ LONG-LASTING Moisturizer from the tube. This is the correct amount for one application. It these instructions are inadvertently not followed, it may be that the consumer is overfilling each individual dose. We have strict quality controls in place to ensure that the product is filled with the labeled amount. We appreciate the opportunity to respond to this concern.
