I owe them an apology for assuming it was them who reinstated the charge
Please regard the case as closed with the provision that they never use our credit card number again

I disagree with the amount refunded, it is short from the amount actually as set out in my complaint & secondly at no time was a disclosure made regarding refunds or withdrawing from the World membership however the representative clearly indicated that the law does not allow credit card information to be retained this obviously is not true as they were able to make the partial refund to my account I would like to be advised why they have not made a full refund thank you for your help
